The hotel owner is a cheater

The owner of the hotel was not responding to calls and didn't let me in before 4 pm. The check in time was mentioned at 2 pm, but the owner was not responding to calls and was not opening the door. I have to sit outside the hotel with all my stuff. The hotel owner was arrogant. He asked me to pay 20 euros in cash before providing me the room keys. He said it's a city tax. It needs to be 8 euros as per booking.com, but he said that I've to pay 20 Euros. This is a really bad experience. Booking.com authorities should look into this matter and should block this hotel.

Four different keys to get in the different doors including the gate. 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. Wi-Fi didn't work. The shared bathroom on the fifth floor smelled so bad it made the hallway smell. My balcony door fell off the hinges when I opened it. No sound insulation so you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. If you need a super cheap place to stay this might ge be okay for you if you can put up with all that but I tend to think that sleeping in your car wake me up at Choice. I know I'm being harsh but they really need to do a little better maintenance on the place and some renovation would help.

We did not have internet even it was written in reservation. It is not clean except sheets. We waited for more than hour to enter accommodation even we emphasized the time of arrival. It is too hot in summer.

As I needed to check out earlier than originally scheduled, I have sent a message to the hostel whether the refund for the days that I wouldn't stay was possible or not; but they did not reply to my message at all (even I have not yet received any response). That has made me disappointed. The room was spacious and okay, but I expected to have a desk which was not actually available. Absence of a desk has made me somewhat uncomfortable as I could not concentrate on my work with my laptop.

Simply speaking, it was a scam. Did not get a room I had paid for (& neither have I, so far, had a refund. The wifi, they claimed to supply, did not exist and accommodation was not even in the same street, as they advertised.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Finding the place was a little difficult. All thanks to a local lady who helped us finding it. Moreover there is no free WiFi available in the stations or anywhere in Venice which made it difficult for us to contact the staff. The WC and the bath area was one and shared for 3 rooms. It would have been better if they were separate considering that it's a shared one.

Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona esperienza. L'unica cosa positiva è che ero vicino alla stazione per arrivare a Venezia.

All'arrivo le camere erano fredde. Siamo in inverno e abbiamo patito tanto di quel freddo che già solo questo basta per non essere soddisfatti. Abbiamo chiesto se poteva alzare il riscaldamento mi ha risposto che parte in automatico alle ore 18. Poi ci ha messo mano ma comunque la camera è rimasta fredda. Non mi piace essere osservato attraverso una telecamera. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è una telecamera di sorveglianza, ma dal momento che per accedere al bagno devo passare per il corridoio non trovo corretto l'installazione di quella telecamera. Altra cosa sarebbe stato corretto specificare che all'interno dell' appartamento ci sarebbero stati altri ospiti in quanto la struttura affitta camere. Noi abbiamo cercato un appartamento con tre camere e alla fine c'erano altre persone nello stesso appartamento, con un solo bagno da condividere con persone che non conosco. Pessima esperienza, per nostra fortuna abbiamo fatto solo una notte.

Staff molto disponibile e paziente, ci hanno aiutato molto ed erano disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Inoltre ci hanno dato servizi come cucina e frigo condiviso che non era inizialmente previsto. E poi essendo arrivati prima pensavamo che saremmo rimasti fuori vari minuti aspettando il check in, ma lo staff si è presentato pochi minuti dopo seppur occupato, davvero gentilissimo.

L'unica cosa, se proprio ci si mette a cercare il pelo nell'uovo è stata una mancata risposta ad un email mandato vari giorni prima, ma poi risolto subito con chiamate dirette alla struttura, quindi nessun problema semplicemente è meglio chiamare.

O rapaz que nos atendeu foi super educado, gentil e solícito. Única parte agradável, mas o resto deixa a desejar. É um lugar extremamente simples, apenas para dormir. Localização é ruim, mas dá para pegar um ônibus próximo para ir para Veneza.
