Great place to visit venice. 2 min from the bus stop where bus goes every 20 minutes to venice and is there in 25 minutes. Very clean and spacious room and kitchen. Very helpful owner. I will come back here when i, m in venice next time

Not sure why such low reviews. We had a great stay and got what we expected based on the photos. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to central venice, 15 min walk to train station. Very clean, the host seems to clean the shared spaces often too. Check in was easy. Host met us at the gate and showed us around the building. Friendly host.
Room looks like the pictures. Kitchen was great to use, well equipped. Other guests were very quiet too so we slept well. It was the darkest room we've slept in across europe so that was a nice deep sleep!

ヴェネツィア・メストレ駅から徒歩圏内で訪問可能。（バスやトラムもあります）またヴェネツィア本島にはホテル徒歩数分のバス停からアクセスできるので、ヴェネツィア観光の拠点にもできます。
地図に登録されていた場所と違うところだった。（到着後に連絡したら案内はしてもらえた）また周辺の買い物できるところがないので、朝食の準備等は予め必要。また部屋は建物の4階だったが階段のみだった。

Me gustó que es una habitación para una sola persona, las instalaciones son sencillas, acordes al precio que pagas.
Que el anfitrión me cobró 10 euros más por llegar a las 8 pm, según él 2 horas más tarde de su check in.
Lo cuál me pareció ridículo.
