Excellent stay will book again.
Breakfast was lovely. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Room was a good size with 2 comfy beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
We liked everything. Lovely accommodation with friendly hosts. Central in Ballater for all shops. The only thing to make people aware is there is one flight of quite steep stairs up to the bedrooms.

Excellent breakfast - good quality and well presented. We had electric bikes and thought there might be an issue charging the batteries, but Steve was really helpful, sorted them out and checked them for us - thank you!

A comfortable relaxed stay in a venue situated nicely for access to all things in the town.
Had a friendly welcome. Our hosts were great and engaging and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and just what we wanted and set us up for the day. Nicely placed for the town.
Only a small niggle.......better provision of toiletries but everything else was fine. Maybe I should have asked as I am sure the hosts would have come up with something. Apologies for not thinking about that!! Shame we could not stay longer

Great central location
Very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent. Great location right in the centre of town. Ballater is absolutely beautiful. The sandwiches at the deli were delicious and the balmoral inn made a delicious Cullen skink.

We very much enjoyed this Guest House.
The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was clean, cozy and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was delightful and the owners were wonderfully friendly.
