Very centally located, easy walking distance to sites, pubs and restaurants. It is very clean and tidy with plenty of space Good to have a fridge, also had ironing board, iron and hairdryer
The mattress wasn't very comfortable, it dipped into the centre and the mattress topper had a plastic ? layer which was uncomfortable to lie on and made you sweat Although a large room there was no luggage stand Heating not available

The room was in an excellent location in Ballater. However it was very tired with wallpaper peeling off. It needed complete redecoration.
