The owner was nice and very helpful. He also speaks English, which made things even easier. Center is easy to reach, many shops around. The owner offered a free room upgrade.
The price was good, so I am happy with what I got for that money.

Very accommodating and communicative

Cheap stay with clean sheets and clean shower/toilet. If all you want is a bed for the night and a place to shower for a cheap price, this works.
Don't expect any glamour. The walls are crackling, the bed was crocked, the shower head was loose and the place is overall a bit torn down. Still check-in was seamless and the place offered basic accomodation for a fair price.
