Beautiful flat, very clean and confortable. Very close to the old town Within walking distance. The area could be a bit daunting with a lots of poor / desfavorable inmigrants loitering around. We stayed 2 days.

Que finalmente nos cambiaran a otra casa que estaba muy limpia, bien cuidada y con una habitación extra, lo que hizo la estancia mucho más cómoda y agradable.
El primer alojamiento, ya que estaba muy sucio y con presencia de cucarachas, lo cual fue muy desagradable y no cumplía con condiciones mínimas de higiene.

El alojamiento estaba ubicado en una zona mala de Bilbao. Personalmente no tuvimos ningún problema pero si que habia personas en el portal todo el dia esperando a poder entrar. El espacio era aceptable para un grupo.
Cuando fuimos a entrar vimos que la puerta del alojamiento estaba abierta, intenté contactar con ellos y no obtuve respuesta, en general el contacto con ellos era imposible. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear.
