Very spacious and clean apartment with modern interior. Comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped in everything you might need. Friendly staff. 2 bathrooms are really convenient when travelling in groups.
The TV or remote (i’m not quite sure which) didn’t work. The TV would turn on, not respond to the remote, and then turn off. But that’s all I can think of in terms of inconvenience. Not a big problem at all. The narrow and steep staircase may be a problem for people with disabilities.

Quiet Location of this apartment was excellent considering how central it was within old town Bilbao. Very accessible to metro, tube and buses. Plenty of bars, cafés and eateries within a few minutes walk. Accommodation had plenty of space with excellent communication from the host on how to access the property. Beds very comfortable and the property was suitably heated for our February stay. Excellent value for money
Really enjoyed our stay. Property a little tired in places but did not detract from a wonderful holiday and welcoming hosts.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat gut geklappt, inkl Shuttle Service vom Flughafen und Schlüsselübergabe. Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt und ist gut eingerichtet /ausgestattet. Man kann alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichen und mit der B Card sehr günstig fahren. Auch mehrere Personen mit derselben Karte!
Es fehlten Teelöffel und Müslischalen im App ( es gab nur jeweils 1 Stück). Auf meine Anfrage wurde leider jedoch nicht reagiert.
