El piso es cómodo y está bien equipado. Para un viaje corto de vacaciones o por trabajo tiene todo lo necesario. Ideal para 2 parejas o familia de 4 personas.
Si es para una visita turística a Bilbao no está en la zona más próxima a los lugares para conocer. Sin embargo Bilbao no es muy grande por lo cual tampoco es un tema grave, simplemente considerar unas caminatas un poco más largas.
