L'unica cosa che aggiungerei è l'aria condizionata, la pala sul letto matrimoniale funzionava bene, ma il ventilatore nella zona giorno, vicino al divano-letto, dove dormivano i ragazzi, faceva pochino.

No me gustó que no tienen aire acondicionado pasamos mucho calor, y la zona donde está ubicado tiene un ambiente muy feo alrededor,

Apartment is OK. Recently renewed. Cleanliness was also OK.

The neighborhood is not good. Also all amenities are quite far off. No useful bars in the neighborhood. The apartment is without air conditioning. I know it was not mentioned in the description, but I don' even check for these thing anymore because I take it for granted especially in Spain. So it was hopelessly hot during the day. In the night there was a ceiling fan which is OK. The nights get colder, so if you open the window you can cool it down, but this also means that you hear all the noise from the street and the parking lot below.
