Het appartement is in orde. Alle gewenste voorzieningen waren er. Mooie inkom op het gelijkvloers ook. Contact met verhuurder verliep ook snel en zonder problemen.

Het plein direct voor het appartement. De verhuurder kan hier jammer genoeg niks aan verhelpen maar dit pleintje zat vol met druggebruikers/daklozen... deze zorgden voor flink wat overlast door hun lawaai (ook s'nachts) en stank! Nog nooit zo'n indringende geur geroken. Kan niet alleen van urine zijn... Dit alles ondanks de dagelijkse opruimwerkzaamheden van de stadsdienst die werkelijk een pluim verdienen. Je moet het maar alle dagen doen...

Un alojamiento muy acogedor para un grupo! Encontramos este apartamento para la media maratón de Bilbao de las cuales destacamos la flexibilidad horaria que nos han ofrecido para el check-in y check-out, cocina amplia y reformada y apartamento muy moderno. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

La ubicación por el barrio.

The apartment is very large and spacious and located literally a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Despite the lack of air conditioning in the tall tenement building, the apartment didn’t get terribly hot.

The biggest downside—which is beyond the owners’ control—is that the apartment is located in a slum area, and homeless people sleep right under the stairwell entrance and relieve themselves there, so it smells terrible, and all night long, a rowdy crowd throws parties right under the windows. It’s impossible to sleep, and it’s dangerous to leave the apartment.
