The alloted garage space in the basement is not user friendly and we did knock our car getting out. There were a couple of little annoying things in the flat like the plug in the bathroom sink didnt work, the electric window shade was stuck in the down position and despite promising to mend it nobody came out.

The location was good, walking distance to city center, close to Sillon beach and clean.
The parking spot is not usable if you have a regular car. It is ok only for very small cars like smart, renault twingo and those types. Any other car will not fit (not even a vw golf). Also the entrance is difficult if the car have medium ground clearance as it will scratch underneath, if low ground clearance you can forget about entrance without scratching as there is not enough space to go in diagonal. These are important aspects not mentioned in description and misleading the travelers.
