Fantastische B&B

Grote kamer met 2-persoonsbed en aparte kamer met 2 enkele bedden, ideaal voor gezinnen. Ruime kast om al je spullen op te bergen en heel erg mooie badkamer. Alles is voorzien: koffie- en thee faciliteiten, snoepjes, koekjes, minibar en 2 aparte te bedienen airco's. De gastheer is een heel fijne man en heeft veel tips voor uitstapjes&restaurants. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, je moet wel de dag voordien aangeven welke extra's je graag zou hebben (eitjes, pannenkoek, ...). Ook een erg charmant dorpje Sarzana in de buurt: zeker niet te missen.

Deze B&B ligt wel vlak aan een drukke weg met een rotonde en overdag is er dus veel verkeer alsook de hulpdiensten rijden aan en af mét sirene. Al bij al wel rustiger 's nachts dus toch nog goed geslapen.

Jedním slovem DOKONALÉ! Místo, odkud jsme nikdy nechtěli odjet a každý den jsme se těšili na Paola luxusní snídani - vajíčka, focaccia, croissanty, šunky, salámy, čerstvé ovoce, marmelády, nutella, tousty, Twinings čaje, skvělá káva nebo kakao, voda a džusy. Prostě fantasie! Pokoj "Tub" má hlavní ložnici s manželskou postelí a pohodlnými matracemi, dětský pokoj se dvěma postelemi a ohromnou koupelnu s vanou, sprchovým koutem a wc s bidetem. Jediné co mi vadilo, byla špinavá wc štětka a kapající voda z horní sprchy. Spousta úložného prostoru, super tichá klimatizace, trezor, plně vybavený minibar, kvalitní závěsy pro zatemnění a každodenní úklid. Parkování na ulici. Dům je blízko hlavní silnice, většinou je ticho, ale nejvíc ruší sanitky se zapnutou sirénou, kterých nejezdí zrovna málo. Díky klimatizaci jsme ale měli okna zavřená. Paolo je dokonalý hoteliér a tohle bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, kde jsem za posledních 15 let byl.

Senzația, atunci când am călcat în locul de cazare a fost de “ ACASĂ”. Întodeauna am ales locuri de cazare aferente lanțurilor hoteliere de lux, insa de data aceasta am fost nevoiți să încercăm altceva întrucât în zonă nu sunt hotelurile acelea mari cu care eram obișnuiți. Siii…. Cazarea a fost minunată cu atenție la fiecare detaliu, un miros plăcut pe hol, în camere și în baie. Micul dejun a fost o poveste, în prima dimineață am rămas perfect uimită când masa era așezată impecabil, muzica era în limba română, lumini mici aprinse în colt de cameră și hol pentru a crea o imagine de basm. Gazdele nu erau prezente pe tru a te lăsa să te bucuri de toată această magie. A fost atât de plăcut încât am uitat ca trebuie să plecăm, ne-am dat seama atunci când nu am mai văzut fișa unde trebuia menționat micul dejun pentru a doua zi, iar atunci când la întoarcerea spre casă am făcut o oprire în Slovenia la Radisson, așa cum eram obișnuiți, copii nu au mâncat micul dejun. …. Mâncarea asta nu are niciun gust noi nu mâncăm , nu este ca acolo din Italia de unde am plecat de la domnul acela! DECI, vă așteaptă la această cazare,: căldură, calitatea, emoția, magia unui loc unde în puține locuri poți întâlni . Mulțumim pentru tot!

Punto mediano per spostarsi dai monti al mare in una zona ricca di servizi

Tutto perfetto, dall'accoglienza all'alloggio! Camera fantastica con tutto il necessario più balcone con tavolo. Colazione davvero abbondante, c'è qualsiasi cosa dal dolce al salato ai succhi. Parcheggio nella strada chiusa di fianco la struttura, è davvero in una posizione ottima per gli spostamenti: viaggiavo in moto a da qui raggiungi facilmente le cinque terre, Lerici, le alpi apuane, l'appenino tosco-emiliano, la garfagnana, la lunigiana ecc... insomma diciamo che è lungo un'arteria principale ma c'è la tranquillità per potersi anche riposare.

Come a casa

La casa è molto curata, sia all'esterno che all'interno. Le camere sono molto spaziose, e il bagno aveva tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La stanza per la colazione é come quella che ognuno vorrebbe avere a casa, con decorazioni e colori che ti fanno rilassare al primo mattino. A colazione non ti fanno mancare niente e ottima l'idea di poter scegliere alcune cose (briosch uova muffin...) per poi non dover buttare il cibo di troppo. E per finire ma non per ultimo volevamo ringraziarvi di cuore per la vostra disponibilità e per i preziosi consigli che ci avete dato durante il nostro soggiorno. Le vostre indicazioni ci hanno permesso di scoprire luoghi splendidi e vivere al meglio questa esperienza. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella vostra struttura e ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto!

En route to home

This place is build with love and attention. Beautiful design and a marvelous bathroom. The family room is divided by a door. With two spacious rooms. Lovely beds. Great for a family. 1 double row singles. Owners are very kind. We had to leave very early in the morning and they offered to make a take away breakfast. We kindly declined. The rooms are well airconditioned. We slept wonderful. The location for us was en route, 30” from Forte di Marmi. Furthermore the location on itself is not worth a detour as we experienced it. But we might have missed a lovely town center. Since we really used it to drive through.

Greatest b&b ever

We really enjoyed the time spent at aMarti's. Martina is the greatest host, so so nice and helpful, and the b&b is better than a 5* hotel. It offers everything you might need and even more. Highly recommended.
