Good size room with nice balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Room was very tidy and clean. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices for food and drinks. Free car parking on the premises.

Nothing major. Would be good to have option for light lunches and drinks throughout the day. Evening restaurant food is excellent but a little pricey and no itemised bill provided.

Nice hotel, great pool, clean

The pool was really nice, good size, comfy loungers with shade and clean. The room was a good size, nice inside and cleaned really well each day. Breakfast was good.

There was a singer on Friday night really loudly until after midnight which apparently happens every Friday. Not great when you have young kids, stopped us getting to sleep.

Struttura accogliente e familiare, immersa nel verde e con una piscina stupenda. La colazione è abbondante e varia.

Le finestre non hanno tapparelle ma solo delle tende e questo lascia entrare la luce del giorno, per qualcuno può risultare fastidioso.

Rustig en mooie locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Voldoende ligbedjes en parasols bij het zwembad. Ontbijt is prima. Goede tips en info voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

De airco heeft moeite om de kamer koel te krijgen en te houden.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per 3 notti e siamo stati trattati come dei re! I gestori sono stati disponibilissimi, gentili e simpatici, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La piscina era semplicemente bellissima, un'oasi di relax e tranquillità perfetta per staccare la spina. L'atmosfera era rilassata e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Es war der perfekte Urlaub für uns. Sehr schöne Umgebung, eine schönes Örtchen dieses Sarzana.

Frühstück war ausreichend, ganz besonders waren die täglich frischen Croissants, und die außergewöhnlich leckeren Rühreier.

Séjour au top 👍🏻

Les hôtes sont top. L'accueil fut très chaleureux et ils étaient aux petits soins. L'endroit est calme, avec un très beau cadre et la piscine était un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner était bien apprécié. Le restaurant avait l'air de proposer de bons plats mais nous étions arrivés trop tard pour manger. Nous reviendrons sans problème, merci à toutes les personnes qui nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous.

Ce n'est pas une critique ou une note négative. C'est juste pour informer que les taques dans notre chambre ne marchaient pas, on aurait voulu cuisiner des petits plats un soir ou l'autre mais ce n'était vraiment pas grave, il suffit de s'organiser autrement.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre und nach Sarzana in die Innenstadt optimal. Man konnte zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen und hatte dort eine schöne Auswahl an Restaurants. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hat jede Frage beantwortet. Im eigenen Restaurant haben wir mehrfach gegessen, weil es uns so gut geschmeckt hat. Die Unterkunft hat einen Parkplatz, wo auch genügend Platz für alle Autos der Besucher ist.

La piscina molto pulita anche se non sbordava fallo sfioro. L'accoglienza gentile e professionale. La pulizia di camera e bagno, bravi

Struttura anni 80 che andrebbe riammodernata ma sopratutto migliorata in alcuni servizi e in molto aspetti importanti. Diciamo che ha tutto sulla carta ma che molti di questi serviZi lasciano a desiderare, tra cui: 1) aria condizionata: vecchi ventilconvettori che poverini andrebbero ormai nel museo della tecnologia nella sezione storia della climatizzazione: ti tengono xompagnia col fruscio importante ma di fatto raffrescano a max 10 cm di distanza creando 2 microclimi nella stanza: quello fresco ad un palmo da essi, clima africano nel resto della stanza. Faceva più caldo in camera che fuori nonostante fosse una giornata uggiosa. Non oso immaginare in una giornata di sole calda da 40 gradi 2) insonorizzazione camere: non sono riuscito a dormire perché ogni passo, ogni apertura/chiusura porta ridondava nell'edificio e in camera in modo impressionante 3) doccie microscopiche, di quelle in voga dai nonni con pressione dell'acqua pari ad un rigagnolo: 20 minuti per cercare di bagnare almeno tutta la pelle... Insomma: in generale c'è tutto ma funziona poco o male. Sufficienza anche dato il prezzo non proprio economico per una singola in quella zona. Alla fatidica domanda: torneresti in questo posto? La risposta è no. Peccato per lo staff che è stato gentile e professionale, la colazione nella norma con un plus: fanno cappuccini e caffe con le macchine serie da bar e non le macchinette industriali. In sintesi: capisco che le doccie più larghe non si possano fare se non sventrando tutto il bagno, ma almeno portarsi a condizionatori del 2025 che consumeranno anche meno di quei catafalchi inutili, sarebbe una sepsa necessaria da fare il prima possibile, insieme ad un insonorizzazione che attutisca i colpi costanti che pervadono la stanza e limitano il sonno

Ontbijt was nogal sober en weinig keuze in vleeswaar of kaas. Personeel liet zich amper zien, dus 1x koffie en dat was t dan We vonden het niet fijn dat het schoonmaakpersoneel onze spullen in de kamer had verplaatst. Toilettassen en föhn waren naar de keuken verplaatst. En ook sieraden tasje stond ergens anders. Dat was geen fijn idee en is meteen teruggekoppeld. We hadden in een appartement nl niet dagelijks schoonmaakservice verwacht.
