Stunning views, beautiful cave apartment.

Beautiful cave apartment in a stunning location. The hosts were so friendly and were always on hand if needed. Cannot pick fault with the property or the hosts at all. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and spectacular views and very close to town.

The villa was perfect and the view was spectacular. We went in first week of October and the sunset was viewable from our patio. We were minutes away from the town of Oia and the hiking trail to Fira. Armando was so amazing and accommodating by carrying all our luggage to and from arranged transportation to making sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this gorgeous villa!!

Hot tub had a few broken jets, but otherwise this place was amazing!

The view, the villa facilities, the generous food supply included and the service provided by Armando and team was above and beyond and simply exceptional. We received prompt and helpful assistance regarding our accommodation as well as touristic tips and recommendations for dinner etc. We absolutely loved it!

Flawless

Everything is amazing. The people who run the place is friendly, helpful and kind. The location is perfect: You can take a lot of picture just from the place; it is only 3-5mins away from Oia centre. There is a market with almost everything near by. Definitely one of the top knotch.

Oia’s Secret is an incredible property that we would love to return to.

The view from the property is amazing. It has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and is located in a quiet place, but a short walk into town. The property has ample lounging space along with a relaxing hot tub. The hosts had the kitchen fully stocked with breakfast items, coffee, juices, water, and snacks which was greatly appreciated. The hosts checked in often to see if they could do anything, provided restaurant recommendations, as well as making dinner reservations for our family of four. They went above and beyond and made our stay very comfortable.

Truly a Secret Gem in Oia!

It was a beautiful place to stay. We had our own terrace, our own sunbathing lounges, and our own hot tub. It is located just a few steps outside of Oia, so you do not get the busy streets or crowds, but still the same exact feeling as if you were. Margarita and Armando went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and help us with anything we needed (reservations, transfers, questions), including providing snacks and a wine bottle for our welcome.

The hot water didn't last as long as we would have liked, but nothing we couldn't deal with - just had to take a little quicker showers.

Perfect!!

Margarita and Armando was there for us as soon it were booked. They made airport arrangements and was there to meet us at the top of the calderas. Helped us carry our luggages and showed us around the villa. They checked up on us every day to see if we needed anything. The Villa was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We even had champagne on our first night. We had a couple windy days so it was a little cold but extra blankets and the heater was perfect. We woke one up one morning with a couple missing outside cushions and trash in the jacuzzi (from the wind) and the hosts were there to find missing items and clean the front area. The location was perfect. No unwanted tourists walking on the property. Kitchen was stocked with simple breakfast. Everything was perfect.

100% Recommend. Villa is amazing, hosts are even better.

The hosts were so helpful in organising transfers, sorting out activities, to coming promptly to change towels and toiletries. But most impressively, they got us cling film at 8pm at night, to go over our (wife and I) fresh new tattoos. The view is unreal. The villa is laid out perfectly. The bathrooms are outstanding and the hot tub is lovely. Really really recommend this place and the hosts. Just a short walk to a sunset view point, it's 5 mins to where the "busy" part of Oia starts so it's perfect for those who prefer it being quieter.

Literally nothing. It was a pure bliss for 8 days.

Everything was incredible!

You're greeted by an amazing view that is hard to describe with words. You can easily spend all day just sitting on the patio -or in the hot tub, enjoying the view! Bedrooms are spacey and easily accessible. Bathrooms were super clean and looked fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked with multiple breakfast options. The hosts were available 24/7 for anything and everything we needed! Great proximity to Oia downtown. 100% will visit again!

Oia’s hidden gem!

Oia’s secret is a hidden gem with exceptional value and the most attentive hosts you will ever meet. The private hot tub and dual-level deck on the edge of the Caldera are jaw-dropping and what originally sold us on the unit. But once we arrived, we realized it had so much more to offer! The location is perfect- just a short walk to the heart of Oia, but just far enough from the noise and fray. It is truly serene and calm at night. The hosts were spectacular- messaging daily to see how we were and if we needed anything. They attended to any need: booking transfers to the port, making dinner reservations and they even brought us two free bottles of wine! Talk about hospitality! You will easily pay 2x this price for half as much elsewhere in Oia. I almost didn’t want to write this review so I could keep Oia’s Secret a ‘secret’ a little longer.

Literally the only minor issue was spotty internet. Everything else was beyond fantastic.

Armando was great at receiving us on time. Amazing customer service. He got us reservations to great restaurants and helped us with all the transfers even early in the morning. Location location location cannot be beat ... 5 minute walk to all the restos.... House is beautiful and clean

Lovely place with fantastic view

The view was really fantastic. Drinking a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening having a view to Oia on the side and the sea in front was one of the best moments in my life. A really great place.

Breathtaking !!!

My wife & 2 sons (11 & 19) had a fabulous 4 days & 3 nights at this villa. This place covers you in Greek culture with the fabulous Santorini cave architecture, with a lot of privacy and a 2 bedroom with plenty of space and amazing view of the caldera. The villa is top notch, clean and very comfortable. We spent lot of times in our private jacuzzi which was very enjoyable. The view from our balcony & jacuzzi is unreal. The host, Armando was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He gave us lot of restaurant recommendations & beautiful spots to see. He was checking on us all the time asking if we need something else. Thank you Armando, stay safe & we hope to see you again someday. We had an amazing stay & we will be back. A place that went above & beyond to make our stay truly memorable.

世界中の旅行者が憧れ訪れるイア地区近くに、家を借りるように滞在ができたことが何より最高でした。隣接するホテルの宿泊客もいますが、程よい距離感があり全く気になりません。毎日暮らすような感覚で目覚め、用意してくださった冷蔵庫の食材を自由に選び、誰にも邪魔されずに、絶景のテラスで好きな時間に食べることができます。ホテルの食事とは違った地元の食材が嬉しく、どれも美味しかったです。ホットタブは日本人が喜ぶ熱さで、私のお気に入りでした！シャワールームの一つには窓が付いていて、海を眺めながらシャワーできます。メイン通りから宿までの地面は、大きく重いスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労する作りでしたが、アルマンドさんが行きも帰りも運ぶのを手伝ってくださり、大変助かりました。もっと長く滞在すれば良かった…と後悔するほどに良かったです。本当の意味でのプライベート感を体験したい人、自分の好きなように行動したい人にとっては最高の宿だと思います。イア地区の平均額を考えるとコスパが良く、その点でもおすすめです。

玄関ゲートの鍵の閉まりが少し悪いのと、宿の施錠には少しコツが必要でしたが、全て到着日にアルマンドさんが教えてくださるので特に問題なかったです。
