We loved absolutely everything about our stay.
The location is incredible, with breathtaking views of the Caldera. We stayed in room 7, which had a private jacuzzi, two sunbeds and a breakfast table overlooking the Caldera, making it such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The room was always spotless and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, healthy and very tasty options. Yula was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the gentleman who helped us with our luggage, both when we arrived and when we left, even carrying our bags all the way to our taxi.
Everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
Honestly, there is nothing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with beautiful scenery and just a 10-minute walk into town. The breakfast was lovely, and the facilities were excellent. The double bed was really comfortable (the sofa bed not so much 😉) The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Extremely clean. We’re lucky to have been allowed early check in & late check out! Taxi to & from airport arranged by hosts €45 each way. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Only very minor points for our particular villa (no 1) & certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning, but would maybe chose a different villa: the sunbeds are slightly away from the villa (not far), so they don’t feel quite as private as some of the others—we did have a little bit of sunbed envy! They also don’t lie completely flat like others, so they’re only really comfortable for sunbathing on your back. The hot tub at Villa 1 is in the shade, whereas some of the other villas have theirs in the sun. None of these were major issues, just small things to be aware of & probably was clear on website.

Everything!!! We loved this hotel! Our favourite out of the 3 months in Europe that we have been travelling. Wonderful breakfast and we liked being able to change it everyday! They even gave us breakfast early on the day of departure. We were very well looked after here! Totally worth the money!!
We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times. Would have just been better to keep a spare roll in the bathroom at all times.
