We loved it. It was our best hotel during our 3 week vacation in Europe. Would definitely return.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was wonderful, the location was great, the staff was fantastic and went above and beyond, the pool was fantastic and we loved our hot tub. This was our favourite hotel during our three week holiday in Europe. We loved relaxing in our hot tub and at the pool. We loved the location. We had a great view of the Aegean Sea. It was very relaxing at the hotel and it was only a few steps from the heart of Oia where there was lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. We definitely want to come back to this hotel for longer.

The only minor complaint we had was that the Wifi was weak around the hot tub. We loved everything else about the hotel.

A perfect stay in the area of Oia

We couldn't be more happy with the choice of the hotel. Everything was perfect about our stay. The hosts are very helpful and communicative, and we were very happy to follow their suggestions regarding places to visit and eat. The location is also very fortunate, with just couple of minutes walk from Oia, but the area is very calm and easy to enjoy with 2 local grocery stores in the neighborhood.

Our stay during this trip was perfect. The location, the panorama, the confort of the rooms, the breakfast service in the room and the quality of the breakfast, the jacuzzi were fantastic. Elektra, the manager of the structure, was really kind and cordial, suggesting also a nice beach bar in Perissa.

Disappointing stay, poor customer service

The location

The hotel showed little empathy in a personal situation that, in my opinion, they handled poorly. Due to the weather, the ferries were suspended, and it was impossible for us to reach Santorini on our scheduled date. Despite notifying them and the hotel not being full, they refused to refund us for the night we didn't use, at least partially. Their excuse was that we didn't give them enough time to re-rent the room. There were plenty of empty rooms available; that was just an excuse. The breakfast was quite poor for a 4-star hotel. Room cleanliness was just okay.

Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and I recommend it highly:)

Breakfast was a bit basic and choices were the same every day, but all of it was delicious and filling. Choices of breads, plus boiled eggs, fresh oj, cocoa, cereals, jams, turkey and cheese and pound cakes as well as jellys, milk, coffee, tea. Best part is that it was brought right to our room at a time we requested! Loved the view and the pool (although unusually cold temps/weather kept us from swimming). Room was very comfortable, modern and chic. Shower was hot and relaxing. Toiletries were available. Used the hot tub but one suggestion to owner is a rubber mat outside the tub. I slipped getting out and got a nasty bruise. Not everything in the area was open but it was an easy walk to Oia center and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Electra was a wonderful host and staff were all very nice. Fresh squeezed oj at the bar, plus mixed drinks were all delicious.

The weather:( If temperatures had gone over 65 , i would have tried the pool!!

Highly recommend the property

Amazing property with amazing staff! Electra took care of each and every aspect for us. Our flight was late and they helped us with the luggage and were kind throughout the trip. Definitely recommend the property. Location is fantastic as it is 5 mins from the walking path of Oia. Great jacuzzi setup !

I had a great stay, my room was even nicer than I thought it would be when I first checked in. The hotel is still new and is kept very clean and in good maintenance (I am very picky with cleanliness). Bathroom and shower was very nice, no worries with water all over the place on your bathroom floors which is a common issue with showers in Greece. Hot tub was great. The staff was really nice, you can ask for anything and they will help. Electra the hotel manager was very attentive, helped book taxis, information I needed, etc. The view was beautiful from my balcony overlooking the pool, a vineyard, and then the ocean. It's not the caldera side view but still amazing. Hot tub and balcony are well away from any foot traffic so there is good privacy, a problem I saw with other properties. There's also not a lot of cars or foot traffic in the front of the property either. Better than the majority of prime spots. I will definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Electra went out of her way to be exceptionally friendly and hospitalable. Breakfast was exceptional especially the omelette 😋

Ingredible!

We stayed in these outstanding Suites for 2 days. Nikos (the owner) is such a kind person and made every wish come true. The hotel is located in the best part of Santorini (Oia) just a few walking minutes away from the walkway of oia. The rooms are awesome and beautiful decorated. The whirlpool in every room is a highlight. Around 35degrees heated, perfect for evening chills with some drinks. Also the main pool with sunbeds have an awesome view and invites for a poolday. The breakfast is also perfect. You can choose via an app what you would like to get in the morning to the room or in the poolarea. Overall an deserved 10/10!

Location was great close to oia mid-town and about 15mins from Fira, we rented a quad bike which made it easy. Facilities are beautiful.

Perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommend

Honestly everything! It was clean, the hotel has a beautiful new/modern architecture. The room has plenty of space, the shower was amazing (great pressure) and the breakfast served in the room was delicious (with good amount of options and well served). The hotel has a good size, meaning it’s not crowded and you have your privacy (even that we were on the ground floor with view to the public swimming pool). Electra and the team were gentle, always with a smile and happy to help. The location is great, just a short walk to Oia main tourist places. In July from the swimming pool one could view the sun rise and the sun set (both unforgettable)!

Everything was perfect. But if I could suggest an improvement would be to have some moveable sunshade (beach umbrella).

Not all room sizes are the same, I was given a smaller room than what was advertised in the pictures, however, the smaller room had the sea view from its jacuzzi.

Superb

The hotel has a perfect location (10 mins walking distance from Oia). It’s facilities are amazing and everything is pretty new and modern. Electra was super helpful and at our disposal, no matter the time. The indoor jacuzzi was great and the hotel’s pool view is incredible! The hotel has a partnership with a parking lot right next to it.

Rooms are a little bit small and kind of pricey.
