The location is good, with several restaurants nearby. Public transport is easy to reach, and the beach is within walking distance. The balcony is quite narrow, but it offers great views.
On the downside, there were some aspects that could be improved, which made the overall experience average rather than excellent. While the property is convenient for exploring the area, it did not fully meet our expectations.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and vaporetto station, but in a quiet area. Good size for 3 to 4 people, well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book it again.
The floor is partly damaged and heavily used, should be renewed.
