About this apartment rental
The apartment, on the first floor of Villa Valentina that has just been restored, is located in a central exclusive area encircled by beautifull Liberty villas and by gardens.
This self catering apartment consists of two double bed rooms, (one with a double bed, the other one with 2 or 3 beds) a bathroom with shower, a large living/dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen .
Suitable for 4-5 people, but also for large families or goups of friends since there it is possible to extend the rent to the adjoining two-roomed flat on the same floor (see advert nr. 583892).
Villa Valentina in a central area is the ideal location for the visit of Venice. At walking distance from vaporetto (venetian water bus) to city center and St Marks Square that can be reached in a few minutes. In the same time you have the opportunity to relax in the sun and to enjoy the beach which is only 100 meters away.. The Palazzo del Cinema holding the Mostra del Cinema di Venezia (International Film Festival), Excelsior Hotel and Venice Congress Center are located at walking distance.

Location f Lido was easy to get to. Leaving the city of Venice and heading to Lido we knew there would be much less noise and traffic and a slower pace for our down time. The apartment was a short walk to either outdoor markets, restaurants and the beach. The apartment had all we needed for the 2 of us.

Nice accomodation, close to beach on obe side, and ferry on the other side of Lido.
Daniela is a very nice lady, who gave us a warm welcome, together with all necessary infomations.
The kitchenequipement could be a little bit better. Especially at least one sharp knife would be nice. ;)
