Klassische alte Einrichtung, historisch - gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Zu dritt hatten wir ausreichen Platz. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Super schöne Lage im Grünen, die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Fähranleger gelegen. Perfekt für kleine Familien mit Kindern, da es dort Spielplätze und Sportplätze, wie beispielsweise einen Fussballplatz mit Kunstrasen gibt.

Auf der Couch konnten wir nicht gut sitzen, sind „eingesunken“ :-) Wir hatten nur ein großes Handtuch zum Duschen. War aber nicht so schlimm, da wir noch Strandtücher dabei hatten.

Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è accogliente, comodo e si trova in una zona di Venezia molto tranquilla, da cui è facile accedere a vaporetti e, soprattutto, Biennale (con accesso ai Giardini direttamente da Sant’Elena, a due passi dall’appartamento). Grazie!

The interior is beautiful Clean and neat The location is good

It was cold and when we informed the owner we were told it was not. The hallway has 2 heaters so always warm but for the rest of the rooms cold. We have to leave all room doors opened so warm air from hallway could drift in. No oven, no blender, no change of bedding left in the wardrobe. We just bought one to change. There was NO SEA VIEW, NO CITY VIEW, NO PROPER BALCONY. BREAKFAST 🙄 No warning it's many steps to your apartment especially when carrying heavy bags or shopping. No TV in the room ( okay for some people but can be given and it's one's choice to use or not) The shower is meant for one person(not for romantic couples).
