Welcome to your North Bethany beach retreat in prestigious Cotton Patch Hills, a private, ocean-block community offering exclusive beach access and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. This vintage 1971 beach cottage has been thoughtfully updated for modern comfort while preserving its classic coastal charm. Ideal for families or small groups, it’s just steps from a quiet stretch of private beach and loaded with outdoor spaces including wrap-around decks, a screened porch, and a sunny rooftop deck.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8–12):
–ALL bedrooms have access to a deck
– Bedroom 1: Olympic Queen (uses King sheets)
– Bedroom 2: King
– Bedroom 3: Two Twins
– Den: Double Futon
– Bedroom 4: King + 2 Twins (ground floor)

Please note:Ground floor bedroom may have a mild odor on humid days due to original pilings – no refunds provided.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had sn splendid week in this home. Close to the beach, nice shaded access to it. Very well equipped and clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My concern was finding bats in the chimney that not only made constant noises, but with us having to come up with a work around to protect us from them entering via the fireplace. I put the guard flat up against the fireplace, then put a side table on the hearth to brace against the guard, then turned the couch around to brace against the side table. Moving the couch, made it more disruptive to conversations.The thing that concerned me the most was the lack of communication of advising us of the bats and that it was supposed to be taken care of. I fortunately know of the habits of bats and knew how to protect us.However, I feel that Wilgus and the owners put themselves at great risk of legal issues due to being aware of them and not either immediately removing them or at least close the fireplace off until the issue it taken care of. As for recommending the unit, I would the unit, but maybe not using Wilgus due to the error of communication. Concern would be 'what else would you be holding back'?thank you, Edna=Wynne Raley
