This up to date, spacious 5 BR 3.5 bath home is the 5th house from the ocean in S. Bethany Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is the only beach in the area that allows alcohol. There are 5 decks including a roof top deck with a view of the ocean and canal. The home boasts 2450 sq. ft. and fully loaded sleeps 14 comfortably in eight beds (see below). There is covered parking for 4 vehicles as well as additional uncovered parking outdoor showers and charcoal grills.
Please bring your towels and these linens: 2 Kings, 3 Queens (including pull out couch), Bunk room with double/full + 2 singles. Blankets/Coverlets and pillows are provided. If you prefer to rent them we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View.
Pets are considered based on breed, size, age and training. Cats are generally not accepted. Written permission is required and the fee is $200 per pet per week.
Included with your booking are 7 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day including:

It was very spacious we had room for our entire family 8 adults 4 children. The kids loved the roof top deck and the short walk to the beach. We loved the place we hope to come back next year! Thank you Jeremy!

This is a perfect home for a beach family reunion. The proximity to the beach, spaciousness of the home and central location make it a winner!
Our family arrived on July 4th and decided to watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck. Not only did we enjoy the Bethany Beach fireworks but also those from Ocean City and Rehoboth. With 2 sleepy toddlers in tow, this was a big hit (for kids and parents).
When at home, we spent most of our time in the large, bright and inviting family room. There was plenty of seating for dining and couches for lounging - great for the World Cup games!
Going back and forth from the beach daily (and sometimes twice daily) was quick and effortless with safe pedestrian facilities (multiuse path and pedestrian activated crossings). Once back, beachgoers could use one of two outdoor showers making sand clean up easy. One reason we chose this location as opposed to others along the Delaware beaches, was the presence of lifeguards. For those with young children or not experienced with waves, they were literally life savers, one helping me up when a large wave knocked me onto the beach.
Just south of Bethany the home is centrally located to shops and dining. It's a 5 minute drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, a great diversion for souvenirs and restaurants.
While we had a couple maintenance issues, Jeremy was quick to respond, ensuring we were satisfied. This is a lovely home - perfect for large group looking for a beach vacation. I highly recommend staying at Mays Way!

The lock box is hard to open. The house needs some TLC Several things needs to be repaired. The house is a good size and great location. The owner need to put some money into the place. At was no worth the money
