This up to date, spacious 5 BR 3.5 bath home is the 5th house from the ocean in S. Bethany Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is the only beach in the area that allows alcohol. There are 5 decks including a roof top deck with a view of the ocean and canal. The home boasts 2450 sq. ft. and fully loaded sleeps 14 comfortably in eight beds (see below). There is covered parking for 4 vehicles as well as additional uncovered parking outdoor showers and charcoal grills.
Included with your booking are 7 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day including:

There were 9 of us and we had a wonderful week! The house was a perfect size with several balconies. We loved the upstairs one. It was probably less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of space on the beach to spread out. I would definitely recommend this house!

Loved our beach week with extended family. Great location and space for all! A little more wear and tear than some, but it was clean and spacious. Liked having the extra den space downstairs and got lots of use of the screened in porch.

The lock box is hard to open. The house needs some TLC Several things needs to be repaired. The house is a good size and great location. The owner need to put some money into the place. At was no worth the money
