What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

We did not meet the host, we arrived after hours so no personal contact with property manager group. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was so well stocked. Usually we have to bring spatulas, knives, mixers for our Thanksgiving week stays, we never pulled them out of the box, the kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, everything!

The Tingle House was a terrific place for our whole family to gather at Bethany for a beach week. Large, clean, with all the stuff we needed.One of the door locks was brocket and a shower was clogged and Wilgus had it taken care of of right away. Second summer for us at Tingle House and we love it.

What an impressive house! Not only was it large and beautifully decorated, but the owners paid attention to detail. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and everything is top notch. The pots, frying pans, knives, silverware, appliances, and gadgets are all of excellent quality. Cooking in this kitchen was a breeze. The furniture throughout the house is high end and beautiful. Small details like hallway and stairway lighting, lighted mirrors, fans in every room, games and puzzles, books, and movies were not overlooked. There was plenty of parking (we had 5 cars!) and the outdoor shower was a bonus! We loved our stay and we will be back!

This property is amazing! Our extended family (15 total) rented it over Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. Incredibly spacious, well stocked, super clean...more than we could have ever asked for. Close to the downtown beach area, so a quick walk allowed us to enjoy the many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the future!!
