About this house rental
Light, bright and clean home located on a quiet street in the hub of Eugene. Close to bike paths, bus routes and easy walk to many neighborhood pubs, downtown, and University. Fully furnished space with all amenities included 2 bedroom with queen beds, 1 full bath with tub, a sofa bed in the TV to sleep up to 5-6 people. Kitchen fully outfitted for ones needs, toaster, coffee maker, gas range. Master bedroom has french doors that open to the outdoor patio.

Our stay was very nice and accommodated the four women our group well. The kitchen was spacious and the backyard area was very nice. Conveniently located.

Cottage had strong mildew odor when we arrived,discovered the next day it was coming from the clothes washer. After running a couple of empty cycles the odor was abated.
The BBQ is still(previously commented last year) in a shed overgrown with plants, and not usable.
The kitchen is well equiped, the house is shabby chic, comfortable
Entry gate could use some work, hard to open, on site parking is street parking.
The neighborhood is quiet walkable.
