This home, built in 1955, is fully furnished and is near stores, shopping and approximately two miles from the U of O campus. The home features big kitchen area and large back yard and deck. Room for RV or boat parking that can be behind a gate. Wi-Fi and Cable TV available.
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, Air Mattress . Washer and dryer in house.

Eugene is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, about a hour drive to the Oregon Coast and about an hour drive to the Cascade Mountains. The area is surrounded by rivers and lakes with plenty of fishing and hunting areas near by.

Good location. Plenty of room in the home. Super fun 1970’s vibe. Nice backyard! Everything is well labeled. The reason for lower review is that the house is very dirty. There are stains on the rugs and furniture and the closets and drawers are filled with junk and very disorganized. When the manager reached and asked how it was going can I let him know that it was a little bit tricky to find things because although it was well labeled the closets need desperate attention because they’re very very unorganized and extremely cluttered and there are decades full of stuff in them. I learned very quickly that the manager did in fact not want feedback and he let me know that that’s how Vrbo’s worked and the owner’s on occasion live there and it’s not for me to move into. As a frequent traveler, who’s probably stayed at upwards of 50 Vrbo’s as well as owned vacation homes that I rented this was news to me and has never actually been my experience..The manager seemed to take everything extremely personally and had a really hard time accepting any sort of feedback and was defensiveThe beds are just fine. Definitely needs new pillows and everything is extremely old. The kitchen utensils are old. I think we only had about six forks. The 1970’s charm is super fun and I enjoyed the blast from the past. I would have liked better pillows for sure and a more functionally stocked place.

We were in Eugene to televise the State Track and Field Championships and needed a place close to Hayward Field. This house fit the bill. It is a throwback to the 1970's, it's clean, well maintained and has everything you will need for your stay. The beds are comfortable, it's on a quiet street and although we were to busy to use the back yard it is very large for a family gathering. In other VRBO's I have been able to find what needs to be done when leaving. I couldn't here so didn't strip the beds or empty the garbage. Those rules should be posted somewhere easily seen by all. That's the only negative thing I can say about staying here. Other than that, this was a great place to stay!

The place is quite expansive with 3 bedrooms, large cozy kitchen and 2 sitting rooms, with a bonus backyard with plenty of amenities. It is a hike to the University. Close to groceries, etc. The interior is just as it was when someone lived there in the 70s, a great retro vibe!

This is an older, but very nice home. We slept 8 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My only complaint is that it says 20 minute walk from Autzen Stadium, but it is actually over an hour. However, we would definitely rent this house again in the future.

I wish that I could share pictures and videos. When we first arrived, the door was unlocked and slightly open. Once we enter it, although at first, everything looked nice but closer inspection showed dirty and stained chair and ottoman, sliding door tracks were filthy, and very difficult to open! Vertical blinds in the kitchen was very flimsy, and fell just by touching them! Patio and yard we’re not what I expected. Outside cushions were dirty, flower pot overturned , grass overgrown… Owner mentioned that someone would come and cut the grass during our stay, but that never happened!. They also mentioned herbs in the garden, but all we found were burnt plants. In the fuerte .. the owner should make sure that the house is properly cleaned and maintained. Price was a little high for the condition of the home.

Along with 3 friends, we rented this excellent house so that we could attend the Oregon Country Fair, as well as socialize before and after. The house had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large table and chairs in the spacious kitchen, and several seating areas outside. It was perfect for us! We particularly enjoyed sitting and chatting at the kitchen table and outside on the patio. Our thanks to Steve for a great experience!

We stayed there for 4 nights, the house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to the university which was the main reason we went out there. I recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Eugene area.

We loved the house and especially the back yard. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 with all the comforts of home. We were very comfortable and everything we could need. The back yard area was our favorite place to hang out, with plenty if seating and beautiful foliage. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we could need. Property manager was quick to reply to any communication.

This house has a mix of eclectic furnishing's and decor'. The fireplace is unique from the 1950's and the kitchen gives a Brady Bunch vibe. We absolutely loved it. Extremely spacious, and the property contact was courtesy and very helpful. Great price for the space!

The kitchen is spacious and the back yard is big, with a nice covered area, and plenty of seating. The location is good, in Eugene, you’re never that far from things.
