This is a very nice home. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. Convenient to U of O and Hayward Field. Only a short distance from the Amazon Trail plenty of amenities nearby

I travel with a group of 3-5 other people for work around the country and this house has been one of our best experiences yet. We actually ended up needing to stay an extra few days past our checkout day and the owners were able to contact VRBO and make the necessary changes. Since it was broken up into 2 reservations I am going to leave the same review for both since the stay was absolutely incredible. The owners left very detailed instructions for us in the home and there were friendly neighbors a phone call away if we needed anything. There is a good sized kitchen and living area and everything you can imagine is there to use. The bathrooms were good sized and well stocked with towels and basic shower needs. Bedrooms were good sized, beds were comfortable and there were spare clean linens available. There was plenty of space for us to all live comfortably together without feeling crammed (like a hotel). The amenities were great (grill, fire pit, hot tub, washer/dryer, hiking trails) and the area was rather quiet. While we were there blueberries and raspberries were in season and we were advised to help ourselves to anything in the garden. I can honestly say those were the best blueberries I've ever eaten.... If we are ever back in the area this will be our go-to choice for a place to stay. If you look around at hotel pricing in Eugene it's just outrageous. This property costs less a night than booking 2 rooms at a hotel and there is substantially more room, privacy and freedom. Don't get me wrong, I love my Hiltons & Marriotts when it makes sense, but this house is too nice to want to stay in a hotel.
