Updated and stylish midcentury modern home in the classy Oakway neighborhood nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street! Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them.

The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table is available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space.

There is off-street parking, 1 open garage space, 2 spaces in the driveway, and street parking is also available.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The space was clean, cozy and exactly as pictured, if not better. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to shopping and ice cream. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard on a beautiful sunny day. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This property was just what we needed for my son to begin convalescence after surgery. No stairs, beautiful back yard perfect for his dog and sitting in the evening, excellent quiet well maintained neighborhood in Cal Young district. This home was larger than we needed but met our other important needs. Can easily house a large family.

We came to Eugene for a long weekend and to see our Terps play the Ducks. This house was absolutely perfect for us. There were 7 adults that stayed comfortably in this space, we absolutely loved the layout of the house, everyone enjoyed their own sleeping quarters and the shared spaced was really nice! The home was centrally located near all the activities we planned, in a very friendly neighborhood. We loved the outdoor space, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. The colors were absolutely beautiful in early November.

What a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the home is actually prettier in person compared to website. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The only thing I would recommend is a single cup brewer, to make having coffee easier for all.

This is a lovely, well-maintained, very clean home with a beautiful backyard. We had a family gathering/reunion here. The home is very roomy and excellent for getting together and visiting. The public spaces include a living room, a den and a dining room as well as a beautiful patio outside. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! Check-in and out were easy and the hosts were very responsive.

The home and neighborhood were clean and beautiful! I enjoyed having my coffee in the backyard while watching some crows gathering nesting materials, and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping! I found the king bed very comfortable (and I'm picky), and having 2.5 baths was very nice for a group of four adults. The amenities met our needs perfectly! I appreciated that there were some basics like coffee, sugar, zero calorie sweetener, creamer, spices, and even popcorn - even though we didn't use most of it. I would definitely stay here again. Wish we had discovered the ping pong table in the garage earlier, though. :)

You never know what you're going to get with a VRBO. This one felt like home. The furnishings and supplies were intentional-- not just leftovers from the owner's personal home. There were lots of warm blankets and lots of fun places for our two families to hang out within the home itself. It is obvious that a lot of work, time and thought have gone into improving this home. It was super clean. The ping pong table in the garage with brand new paddles and balls was a wonderful surprise and the kids and dads spent hours in there playing instead of asking for screens. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation, book this home again.
