About this house rental
Updated and stylish midcentury modern home in the classy Oakway neighborhood nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street! Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them.
The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table, foosball, and shuffleboard tables are available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space.
The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs including a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. Wine bottle opener and glasses are available for your use. Additionally we have a tradition 12 cup coffee maker in addition to Keurig coffee maker with pods available. A highchair and pack-n-play are available on site.
There is off-street parking, 2 spaces in the driveway, and street parking is also available.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—just a few minutes' drive from shopping and Autzen, with a grocery store within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming, with people out walking every day and beautifully maintained lawns lining the street.The backyard was a highlight for our family. It offered a lovely grassy area where our kids could play, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants that made it a peaceful place to relax.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star cleanliness rating was that, while the floors were free of debris, they seemed due for a mopping. Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Overall, this home had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend stay, and we would gladly stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Micah's beautiful home. It was very clean, and had lots of good space for family members to have separate space as well as room to all be together. Extra chairs in the garage, and a fun ping pong table (for our next visit). The backyard was beautiful. Flowers blooming. Our two Portuguese water dogs had a super time running around, and our great niece had a lot of fun with her first Easter egg hunt. Safeway, Market of Choice and Trader Joes are all really close - as well as many good places for take out. Beds comfortable and kitchen quite well stocked for cooking. Definitely recommend.

Upon arrival cleaning person said front door handle broke off but owner would come by and fix it the afternoon. never heard from her/him. Also some things in the house were inadequate like empty soap in bathroom shower and empty coffee container in kitchen. Emailed owner to a sk for extra time departing - 10:00 depart is unusual and too early, and never heard back. Also no recycling available. Cleaning and prep appears to have been rushed and incomplete. House was otherwise good and very nice quite neighborhood.
