This completely remodeled two bedroom private apartment is located in a lovely historic farmhouse and has pastoral views of gardens, fields and nearby forest. Its located 3 miles south of the University of Oregon. It has its own separate entry. The fully equipped kitchen has new cherry cabinets, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The family room has a 60" smart TV with surround sound. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. You can enjoy the tranquil environment, relax on the patio and watch a sunset or hike the Ridgeline trail which is less than a half mile away. The trail runs 8 miles and you can take the route to the top Spencer Butte.
Everything is new and fresh with a relaxed atmosphere. Take advantage of indoor or outdoor living with plenty of privacy, views and greenery. This entire unit has been newly rebuilt with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, crown molding, new flooring and quality fixtures throughout. It comes complete with a 60 inch TV, DVR, Surround Sound and WIFI. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your own private use. Fran was incredibly helpful (I had some clarifying questions, and the responses were helpful and quick), and the property was a great place to unwind during a hectic UO graduation schedule... wish I could've spent more time in the backyard! Would definitely consider this place if I ever had plans to visit Eugene again.
