About this house rental

Enjoy this craftsman style house in the heart of South Eugene offering 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 5 upstairs plus 2 couches downstairs. There is a balcony off the master bedroom, spacious front porch, and lovely backyard with seating and dining area. Get cozy by the gas fireplace in the living room, and enjoy a meal in the large formal dining room. A large driveway offers off street parking. The home is pet friendly and smoke free. The house is a 15 min walk to Hayward Field and just steps from Hendricks Park. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a short walk to restaurants. Pete was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed out stay.

Great part of town! Walking distance to campus, coffee and good food. This spacious, historic home is on a beautiful, quiet street. The home itself is quirky and outdated. Bed was comfortable, but bedding/pillows and furniture could use some updating.
