I really loved our spot! It was clean, loved the decor, all the pictures repped on the VRBO website, were accurate. Getting to the location was easy and I loved being close to good eats. The space is how we could visit with family and not feel confined to a small room, like hotel rooms. That is why I love VRBO!

This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha

Mom and I were coming into town for just the night and found the perfect spot! I’d highly recommend this quiet, well outfitted sweet spot on the back of their property. Nhan Was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made the check in process easy. The outer gate that opens into an inner front yard and porch allows for more privacy and the feeling of safety that we are typically looking for one away from home. My mother is in her early 80s and had no issues accessing the entire rental. She is not one to stay in short term rentals, but continuously commented on how cute and perfect it was for us while we were in town visiting our nephew at the University.

This place is a gem!!! So clean. So nicely decorated. So welcoming. I’m not a city girl at all. Driving around cities makes me anxious. Once inside this rental all that anxiety went away. Very close to Univ. of Oregon. Close to airport. Nice places to eat nearby. I would 100% rent again.

We really enjoyed our visit at this cute and cozy home. The location was very convenient to many great restaurants and a short drive to UO campus. Upon check-in the house was immaculate and exactly as described. I noticed other reviews mentioned issues with hot water but we had no problems at all. The check-in and out process was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you are in the Eugene area.

Everything about this place was clean and neat and very nice. My only issue was we only had 1 1/2 maybe, 2 minutes of hot water. Tried to give my 6-month-old granddaughter a bath and there wasn't even enough hot water to put her in there.. we had to warm up pots of water on the stove to get enough hot water in for a little tiny baby, so we didn't bother to shower the next morning. A bigger hot water heater would definitely be a plus!

Rental was convenient and matched our needs for a weekend UO campus visit for my daugther and I. Everything was within 10 minute drive. This is a duplex where there is an attached home, so you are sharing driveway and walls.

Very cute place that’s easy to get to and easy to get into. My daughter now wants to furnish her room like one of the bedrooms. It’s connected to another house, so there was some noise and action above at least one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t all night so it was fine. The place looks like a stand alone unit from the street so it took us a minute to figure out what the noise was. We would stay here again.
