Great location in quiet neighborhood ...close-in not far from Hult.Phan was a great host providing excellent communication and assistance in locating nearby restaurants. Apartment clean and amenities readily available.We definately recommend for future Eugene visits.

Very cutely done-had everything you could need but you can hear the people who live next door (apartment is connected to main house) very loudly. Cupboards closing-conversations-didn’t feel very private at times.
