Furnished and decorated apartment in Paissandú, prime street of Flamengo, with excellent location. At 10min from the Center and surrounded by abundant commerce, banks and restaurants. It is 50 meters from Flamengo Metro Station and 100 meters from Aterro do Flamengo and Botafogo Beach, on foot. Santos Dumont Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The Sambadrome, where the samba school parades take place, is located 5 km away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and writing desk. The kitchen is complete with all necessary utensils. It has a full bathroom and half bath, plus the toilet in the laundry area. The apartment is well equipped, with appliances (television in two bedrooms, and also in the living room) and electrical and electronic. Passamos o réveillon agora de 2019/2020 ( 5 diarias ) no apartamento da Sandra. O apartamento é limpo,organizado, tem 3 quartos, todos com ar e ventilador. O Ap é perto do metro ( estação Flamengo) e tem bastante comércio e restaurante em volta! Sandra nos recepcionou no local e fez um " tour" no em torno para nos mostrar tudo o que tinha! O local é aconchegante e seguro! recomendamos,

A experiência da nossa família do apartamento da Sandra (proprietária) foi maravilhosa! Ela é um amor, super atenciosa e cuidadosa. O apartamento é ótimo. Para os padrões do Rio de Janeiro, é espaçoso, confortável e com localização excelente! O condomínio também é muito bom, inclusive com área de lazer para crianças. Recomendamos muito. Valeu muito a pena e, quando voltarmos, ficaremos no mesmo lugar =).

This apartment was fantastic and perfect for our needs. Sandra was really helpful, available if we needed her to assist with anything. The apartment is just like the photos and I would not hesitate to book again, or recommend to others.

Estuvimos 7 personas para la Maratona de Rio. Apartamento muy cómodo con 3 cuartos y 3 baños; cocina amplia totalmente equipado; con wifi y portero las 24 horas. El apartamento está cerca de todo; restaurantes, plazas con vida nocturna, cerca del metro y a 3 de la rambla. Sandra su dueña tuvo la delicadeza de hacernos 4 juegos de llaves por la cantidad de personas. Nos orientó con todas las dudas de la zona y realmente siempre fue un gusto tratar con ella por correo y wasap. Recomiendo totalmente y sin dudas volvería por todo lo brindado. Muchas gracias Sandra!!!
