Very comfortable apartment in a nice neighborhood full of options (metro, restaurants, pubs, ...).

Very comfortable apartment (totally renovated). The street is a quiet dead-end street with private security, and it is very safe to park the car. The metro at a one-block distance is very useful for exploring the city. The neighborhood is very safe and full of options (restaurants, grocery stores, gym, pubs, ...). The hostess was very helpful and promptly answered all of our requests.

Um apê super aconchegante!

O apartamento é super aconchegante, com ares de "casinha", muito bem equipado, limpo e perfeito para uma família com crianças. A localização é perfeita, rua tranquila e pertinho do metrô de verdade. Enfim, é uma excelente opção de hospedagem no Rio, com deslocamento rápido e seguro para os principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Tout était parfait. Les contacts et instructions par email et whatsapp étaient très clairs. Nous avons apprécié le principe de serrures électroniques pour l'immeuble et la porte de l'appartement, la proximité d'une station de métro et point de taxi.

Localização, segurança, conforto, custo benefício e limpeza. Fui com meus pais idosos e adoramos tudo. Local seguro, silencioso, excelente localização, limpo, anfitriã super atenciosa, camas confortáveis, o apartamento é muito bem equipado, me surpreendeu positivamente.

Ótima estadia

O local é muito fiel às fotos e o espaço estava perfeitamente funcional. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi bem tranquila e as instruções foram precisas para que ocorresse da melhor forma possível. O espaço é confortável e aconchegante e a localização privilegiada, em termo de opção de entretenimento/gastronomia e também para deslocamente/ transporte.

A única ressalva foi com relação ao ralo do chuveiro que não escoava a água rapidamente, causando acúmulo.
