The apartment is located next to the century old Municipal Theater, with loads of historic restaurants, museums, parks, and a vibrant nightlife with Lapa bars and clubs 5 minutes away and Samba dance in the streets. You will also be in the area of most consulates, including US, France, German, Italian consulates 2 streets away and permanent police station 2 streets away. All transportations at the door: subway (cinelandia), tram (cinelandia), public bike station, taxi station in the street.
The cozy space features two bunk beds in the bedroom and a queen sofa-bed in the living room, all equipped with spring mattresses, for a total capacity of 8 guest. Newly renovated, with WiFi and AC, guests can stay connected and cool during their stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower for a quick rinse after a day of exploring, and the kitchen is equipped with a coffee-maker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer. Check in at any hour with the safety of a 24h doorman service for the building and electronic keycode for the apartment. Towels and bedsheets provided, basic seasonings and utensils in the kitchen.
