Apt well airy, morning sun, 76sqm, excellent natural lighting, 3 BEDROOMS with air cond. (2 Split and 1 conventional), living room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and laundry area, fully renovated, tiled / porcelain.

THE THIRD ROOM IS A SMALL SUITE WITH A SINGLE BED; accommodates only one person.

IN THE FIRST ROOM: a couple box spring bed bagged, two-door wardrobe, clothes rack, bedside table, a lamp. In the SECOND ROOM: an American double bed, with a visitor's bed size 1,99mX0,89m, a built-in closet 3 doors, a desk, a lamp.
In the THIRD room, which is a small suite, UMA single bed with orthopedic mattress. It's for ONE person!
For a SIXTH guest is available a good quality mattress, bed linen and bath.

The apartment was such a lovely place to stay at, I especially think if you came for Carnaval it would be very convenient.
When we arrived they had coffee and crackers which was very lovely. The house was very clean and the view from the back porch was beautiful.
During our stay, Kim reached out to make sure we were enjoying our trip and I could easily contact her as well.
Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Apartamento excelente, super limpo, acomodações ótimas, espaçoso, confortável, bem equipado e bem localizado para nossas necessidades, a Kim é super atenciosa e prestativa.
