A lovely house with everything in it at a nice and quiet location.

Stunning location albeit remote.
Poorly maintained single track road leading from the main road to the property.

A cosy little cottage in a beautiful & peaceful location. The owners were welcoming & provided biscuits & fudge on our arrival 😄. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Skye with its stunning scenery.
The kitchen was very narrow & quite difficult for 4 people to manage, & the windows were very high up which made them difficult to close & keep the midges out!

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect

Lovely well renovated cottage in a simply breath taking location, right by a castle ruins, the seaside and plenty of animals (deer, stags, sheep, herons, geese), with everything one may need. The hosts, Sheila and Keith are very welcoming. Would definitely love to return if on Skye again!
the drive to the cottage isn't the easiest, especially the single track between it and Armadale.

Sheila and Keith are amazing hosts and the location of the cottage is just breath taking!!
We loved to take small walks on the beaches around the cottage, especially our kids loved to climb on the rocks.
Sheila and Keith were so nice to us, had nets, shovels and buckets for our kids prepared for "beach explorations". Also, Keith caught crabs just to show them to our kids.
There is everything you need in the cottage:)
Nothing - everything was amazing.

Location, host, cozy cottage absolutely beautiful, beautiful surrounding, view,
The only thing that was remotely off was e small road but was easy to drive

Beautiful crofters cottage tucked away off he beaten track in southern Skye. Very tranquil. All home comforts were present in the property and we were well looked after by Shiela and Keith.
The 6 mile narrow one track road to get there felt quite daunting. Of the two ways to reach the cottage -the northern most route nearest the Skye bridge seemed the easiest to navigate.
As it’s so remote- buy all your food and provisions before you go. There was a good community supermarket just near the ferry in Armadale and also a big well stocked Co-op in Broadford

We had a wonderful week at Comraich and hope to return again.
It's remote location, with stunning views and peace and quiet. Exactly what we wanted.
Plenty of walking and messing around in the water at low tide.
Sheila and Keith, the owners, were so welcoming and friendly, it really was a pleasure staying at the cottage which was extremely well equipped.
The mattress on the double bed was too springy, we felt every movement each of us made..

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It has plenty if character and is very clean. The walks around the house are amazing. Just go up the hill behind the cottage and there are stunning 360 degree views. This is a great place to recharge. Good for the soul! Thank you!

Quite isolated but that was something we knew.

Beautiful location a bit off the beaten track. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. It's right on the coast near the beach and there is a ruined castle about 10 minutes walk from the property.
Midges! Watch out in the evening.

Great secluded location, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and really kind and friendly hosts! So much to explore right on the doorstep and a great base to see the rest of Skye.
No mobile phone signal, but not necessarily a bad thing

Everything was spot on! Sheila and Keith welcomed us upon arrival and then left us to enjoy our break. The cottage is warm and cosy and has all the basics. The welcome biscuits and wine were gratefully received.
Amazing views, wildlife and scenery. It rained for most of our stay (amazing storm!), however this didn't stop us from adventuring and making memories.

A magical location. And a perfect place to stay.

A wonderful cottage in a lovely setting right by the sea. Quiet and tranquil, far from the maddening crowd.
For a self catering home there was nothing missing. All the cutlery, china and pans that you would need. Nothing was left out. The hosts even supplied a couple of days of firewood to get us started. The gift of wine, fudge and biscuits were greatly appreciated.
The beds were so comfortable and Sheila and Keith were so welcoming.
We really enjoyed our week in Skye and were very sad to leave.
I hope to return one day. Thank you.
Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful set property in countryside. Warm and comfy home. Well stocked and enjoyed the finer details of a free bottle of wine and some cookies/fudge. Very quite and peaceful.
Limited wifi - appeared to be only available in the lounge. but really only a minor dislike. Apart from that there is not a lot not to like here!

The location is outstanding, being a quiet part of Skye with wonderful views and even more amazing views just a short walk away. We live in Dartmoor, which is pretty quiet, but this place was on another level of peaceful. The children loved being able to run around and explore in safety. Highly recommended as a base for a lovely holiday.

Perfect location in nature & the wilds, away from it all. So relaxing.
I loved everything.

Excellent, secluded location with a beach, wildlife and walks on the doorstep. Skye can be busy, but this location was idyllic for those looking for peace and quiet. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. Sheila and Keith are perfect hosts.
Nothing, it was perfect. The drive isn't for the fainthearted but if you're lucky you might just see pine-martins, stags and eagles. Well worth getting off the beaten track for.

The location of the cottage is idyllic. All you could possibly need is provided and the owners are really helpful. It is isolated but that’s part of its charm. For a relaxing break, I couldn’t imagine a better place.

Very remote and quiet which is what we wanted. There was so much to see close to hand. The property was very clean and well swiped for our stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Peaceful location and everything you need in a self-catering cottage. Great views at your doorstep, nature, castle ruins, sea, etc.
Welcome jam, biscuits, wine, honey, milk, fresh eggs.
FIREPLACE- so relaxing after long walks.
The cottage is beautifully furnished but a bed in main bedroom is a bit short (I am 185cm) and the mattress veeery soft but it may be just subjective preference.

The place is located in a true paradise
All was excellent
