A wonderful experience.

Wonderful accommodation. Beautifully appointed. Spacious, easy access, and very clean and neat. The restaurant was very good and the food and service were exceptional.

It was clean and comfortable. Good amount of space and their breakfast was very good too. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The SPA was good too!

We couldn't turn on the towel warmer in the bathroom and you need to reconnect to wifi every day. They disabled the autoconnect for their wifi. Difficult to use the lock to the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment and it was lovely - clean, spacious, and modern. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on site and everything was delicious.

An enjoyable time in the luxury apartment

Our apartment was clean and modern. Enjoyed having a washing machine. Scotland trip. Really enjoyed the excellent restaurant just across the parking lot. We also enjoyed the rural setting.

Couldn't figure out how to use the dryer function on the washing machine, but heck at least we had a washing machine!

We had a great time staying at the House of Juniper and would book it again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with any request immediately. The location was ideal with supermarket and fuel was within walking distance.

Almost exceptional

Beautifully converted with high quality fixtures, and furniture. Brilliant garden for our dogs.

No guest information pack, no welcome pack, short on some cutlery and utensils. Never found the bins for dog waste. Pillows great quality but really uncomfortable.

Wonderful honeymoon break

Spacious room, comfy large bed, beautiful mountain views from window, very well designed kitchen with everything we needed and they even have a beautiful spa space with 2 types of saunas (additional fee). Would highly recommend this place as the location is ideal since Broadford also has good food places and cute wee shops and a food store a wee walk away.

Sitio precioso pero atención al cliente mejorable

El alojamiento es impresionante, precioso y justo al principio de la isla. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno está incluido excepto para las cabañas por lo que entendí y se adaptan a desayunos veganos o sin gluten. Lo cual se agradece mucho. La cama es muy cómoda. El espacio es muy tranquilo, con zonas de patio o terraza según el alojamiento.

La atención al cliente es por lo menos inexistente. Fue imposible hablar con alguien antes de la llegada (hablo de semanas o meses antes para confirmar la reserva y preguntar si tenían opciones veganas o sin gluten en el alojamiento). Nadie nunca respondía. Llegamos a pensar que era una estafa. Me parece algo básico si es un sitio "luxury" como puede ser que no respondan mensajes o emails o llamadas de teléfono. El día de la entrada hubo una tormenta muy grande y les pregunté si podíamos hacer check in antes y ni contestaron tampoco. Era imposible localizarles.
