A wonderful, cozy stay - would absolutely visit again!

Extremely friendly and accomodating host who is located nearby if needed. Cozy cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including extra blankets and a fully equipped kitchen, etc. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Loch Eishort. Located in a quiet farming area but still close enough to a larger town for necessities like a supermarket, fuel, restaurants etc.

Stunning comfy home

Loved staying at summer breeze, location is quiet and gorgeous, down a single lane road. The place has everyone one needs to feel at home. It’s roomy and all the extra details (like bug spray, plug converters, coffee and drinking water) were super helpful and made us feel at home. The bed is super comfy and you get to enjoy stunning Skye view from the living room couch. 10/10 and would visit again for longer stay!

Wonderful stay would highly recommend

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 4-5 miles down a well maintained single track lane leading to a beautiful location. Very little light pollution so great stars. Host very friendly.

Nothing to add here except As expected there were still a few midges in the evening so make sure you are prepared 😉

Luxurious living experience by the lakeside in Skye

Fascinating location, 5.miles away from the main road, and on the lakeside. Loved the fact it was away from a town and we could get a taste of the countryside. Catriona the host has really prepared the place well, it is in fact quite luxurious. There is no mobile signal here, but the caravan has extra fast wifi.

Generally in Skye areas, Be prepared with sprays for midges that are there to swarm you in the evenings and early mornings. Even Portree town has them during the season. Anywhere u go in Skye.

Peaceful Retreat with Water Views

We enjoyed the views out the front windows, the soft throw blankets, the comfy beds and bedding, the blackout curtains, and the large & fluffy towels. We especially liked chatting with the personable hosts.

A little gem

If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Located 5 miles down a single track road with loads of passing places. It's 45 min drive to Portree with amazing views on the way. The caravan is modern with everything you need it was very clean and had internet access and TV via the internet.

The caravan was spacious, clean and comfortable, with wonderful views. The hosts were very pleasant and obliging

Lots of midges - prevented us from sitting outside in the evenings. The access road to the caravan is a bit hairy with lots of bends and some blind summits, So I made sure we were back to the caravan before dark as it is totally unlit

The location was beautiful and had that feeling of remoteness and was picturesque. You have to drive very carefully on the narrow winding road from Broadford, and take care with the cows and sheep using the road as well. The central heating and the shower were excellent.

We thought the couch was a bit slouch worthy, too soft and too deep, difficult to get up and down and sit upright etc, the wifi was a bit too sketchy for using the tv streaming, but we used our laptop which worked fine, no ones fault but we couldn't get a continuous mobile network signal at Heaste, but it comes on somewhere up the road a bit.

Everything. It was all brilliant. The accommodation was beautiful! And there was free WiFi Absolutely amazing! Really please with accomodation. Out of the way but not too out of the way. 15 min drive to main road . Brilliant for children. Really friendly host, she was absolutely lovely. There's a really friends sheep too. Accommodation was very clean and comfy. 10/10 would go back again. Thank you for our stay.

Wir waren begeistert von der ruhigen und wunderschönen Lage mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Alles war super sauber. Es war sehr komfortabel und hatten genug Platz. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine fantastische Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

De jalozzieen waren vies, het bed aan het raamkant zat een kuil in waardoor men rugpijn kreeg en niet lekker kon slapen. De pannen hebben hun tijd gehad. De bank zakte zo ver door dat men 20 cm boven de vloer zat en er moeilijk uit kon komen. De schoonmaak over het geheel kan beter.
