Nice kitchen, even a small electric hob to cook on What I have seen nowhere and only here is that there is perfume to use, very kind! The bed and the couch was super comfy Also the view across the lake is beautiful! We asked for a sponge so we could do the dishes and it was in the evening so we did'nt expect her to react anymore that evening, but Helen was there within a few minutes!! Very fast service! We loved everything about our stay. Tips to make it even more perfect: maybe place a hook for coats somewhere in the living room (so it's not in the bathroom). And the faucet in the bathroom sink is too far back so you can't wash your hands properly (in the kitchen you can), but I don't know if this can be fixed?

Most beautiful accommodation. Perfect place to rest and relax after a days exploring. Super clean, nice finishing touches like perfume/cologne! We absolutely loved waking up to the view as well.

Couldn’t find a frying pan (apologies if there was on one)- us Scots need our fry ups! Other than that absolutely zero.

A magical place for a short break on Skye.

My wife and I were about to celebrate our 80th birthdays, so staying in a pod for a short break was a bit of a gamble. We needn't have worried. We have a wonderful, stress free stay there. Our host, Helen, met us on arrival and showed us around the pod. It had everything you needed, and more. It was cosy and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. We prepared our food in the small kitchen area and then ate on the balcony, overlooking the loch. It was serene, sublime and blissful with an amazing view of the loch.

There was nothing to dislike. We were sad to leave.. We would love to return.

The perfect stay in the perfect place.

Couldn’t have wished for a better location and accommodation to base ourselves for our time on Isle of Skye. Helen provided the most clean, comfortable and well-appointed cabin where everything had been thought of to make us feel at home. The view from the veranda was stunning and what a sunset! Helen was so helpful with suggestions regarding food options and things to see but was also extremely knowledgeable about the local marine life.

Wonderful and quiet place by the seaside

Wonderful place by the seaside, in a quiet street. The shores are directly seen from the bedroom window and just across the street. The pod is lovely, well equiped and has plenty of room for two. There is wildlife everywhere around. It only takes 5 minutes by car to get to the city of Broadford, which has all the convenience stores needed. Helen the host is a very nice person and will give you a warm welcome. Bonus : it is perfectly oriented to get a glimpse at the northern lights when they come.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful spot on the Isle of Skye. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention to detail has gone into making this place a true gem. The stunning views from the pod were simply breathtaking. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye. The location-beautiful location just on the shore. Quiet. Friendly host with a good info pack. Ideally located for getting round the island.

There was a lot of stuff/furniture in the pod so it made it difficult to move around in the pod without potentially hitting something eg your head off the tv. Also being asked to strip the bed was an odd request that I’ve never been asked to do in any other property. It wasn’t a problem to strip the bed but it was a unique request. Better recycling info would help trying to separate the rubbish.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am Wasser, ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Terrasse in der Sonne mit Blick auf die a Bucht war einfach traumhaft.

Klitzekleines Manko: das Bett könnte ein Update vertragen, aber das ist wirklich das einzige. Es war trotzdem noch komfortabel.

Manca spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose, i propri bagagli e il materasso è un po' sottile per essere un luxury pod. Infatti affondava molto. Manca uno specchio grande. Cera solo uno specchietto.

Der Pod war super! Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht ist phänomenal! Und es ist echt gemütlich. Die Lage ist super um Skye zu erkunden! Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dort zu übernachten. Falls wir nochmal auf Skye sein sollten, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder :) danke für alles!

Super komprimierte Ferienwohnung in einem "pod" absolut liebevoll ausgestattet

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Auf unserem ersten kurzen Spaziergang haben wir gleich ein paar Rehe gesehen. Im Detail ist diese Unterkunft so umfassend ausgestattet, wie man es auf dem engen Platz kaum für möglich hält. Es mangelt an nichts und es ist erstaunlich, mit welcher Liebe hier für fast jedes Anliegen eine Lösung gesucht und gefunden wurde. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die direkt nach Ankunft nach uns geschaut hat. Obwohl wir enge Betten nicht so sehr lieben, haben wir hier super geschlafen.

Es gibt tatsächlich ein paar kleine Details, die man noch besser machen könnte. Beispielsweise ist der Wasserhahn im Bad so kurz und nah angebracht, dass es beinahe unmöglich ist, auch nur die Hände darunter zu bekommen. Und die Klobrille passt nicht zur Schüssel. Aber das wars dann schon ...

Perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt und die Lage ist top. Das tiny house ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und viel Liebe zum Detail (es gibt sogar Ferngläser, mit denen man vom Bettfenster aus die Bucht beobachten kann). Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Mehr Idylle geht nicht :)
