About this cottage rental
Your cozy cottage in Aird of Sleat with 3 bedrooms. Located 4 miles south of Armadale Castle, in what is known as the 'garden of Skye'. Stunning ocean views with outdoor dining area and nearby beaches. All the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully-stocked kitchen, and hairdryer. All linens and towels provided. This charming traditional cottage is over 200 years old. The stairs are narrow, and the upstairs ceiling is low (5 and half feet). Very charming little cottage with great views of the sea and nearby islands. The views are best from the yard rather than through the windows but that is not surprising given that it is an authentic stone dwelling well over 200 years old. The owner has done a nice job of updating the property without without losing the essential character of the place.

Lovely little cottage in southern Skye, stunning views of the rugged coastline and sea and a thrill ride of a road for the last few miles. Ideal for relaxing and a good starting point for exploring the rest of the Island.
Highly recommended if you are happy to self-cater, the cottage is fully equipped and extremely comfortable.

This was an amazing location. The house itself is old and charming. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating in; beds were comfy, heaters warmed the rooms well, and the hot water in the shower helped relax after a long day of hiking. Guests should note that the ceilings upstairs are low and the staircase is steep and narrow. There is a downstairs bedroom if that is an issue. We absolutely recommend this house and the area. Don't miss Cafe 1925 in nearby Ardvasar!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote beautiful home on the coast of the Isle of Skye. In the early morning we walked to the local beach. It was just us, the sheep and amazing views everywhere we looked. Thank you Sara!
