Welcome to this house of 100 m² in a quiet village.

- LIVING ROOM with 1 sofa bed, 1 bed 90, a TV and INTERNET WI FI.
- FITTED KITCHEN (oven, microwave, DISHWASHER, refrigerator with small freezer compartment). WASHING MACHINE

- 1 bathroom (bath + double basin) paintings to finish.

Between the 3 great lakes of the Aube: Amance (7kms, with its bicycle-way), Temple and Orient and Lake Der (30 kms)
Near Port Dienville (7kms with motor boats and water skiing), the Regional Natural Park of the Forêt d'Orient, ornithological reserve, where was born the legend of the Knights Templar.
Nearby services in Brienne le Château (9kms) where you can also visit the Napoleon 1 museum.
ACTIVITIES:
Forests, water sports, swimming, architecture, gastronomy, hiking, rollerblading or biking, vineyard, visit of wineries, the historic center of Troyes, half-timbered churches, museums etc.
CONDITIONS:
CLEANING to do or package 50 euros.
DOGS and CATS ACCEPTED.
Rates: 500 to 650 € per week according to season.
