Ideal

I'd stayed in the slightly more budget option across the road on my way down through France 6 weeks prior (which wasn't available for my return trip). This apartment just as peaceful, very well equipped, clean, bright, nicely simply decorated.Comfy bed/bedding. Very spacious. Could easily spend a week there. The lake a few kms away is wonderful for a morning jog - path encircles it, worth the detour from the motorway to stay here and do a couple of lake laps before leaving!

Excellent value for money for peaceful 1 night stay. Very easy access to the ground floor studio

It was peaceful, quiet, off the beaten track, spacious, totally hassle-free to gain access after a long drive. Loads of parking space directly outside. Few minutes drive to peaceful beautiful lake to run round in the morning on footpaths. I had read all the reviews and concluded that it would suit me - value for money (£30/34 Euros for 1 night), and that the negative points hi-lighted in some reviews would unlikely both me. Most of these seem to been rectified - there was a towel/tea-towel/washing up liquid/kitchen sink plug/good door lock. The 2 electric wall heaters were powerful, 1 was on when I arrived, the studio was warm. The kitchenette/bathroom/beds were clean. Still no kettle but I carry my own. Communication by host was seamless. Nice colour scheme.

Many of the ledges, some surfaces and corners of the floor were very dusty. I was aware this maybe the case from the reviews, but this didn't bother me for 1 night. The shower drainage is still too slow to be able to take full advantage of the full power of the shower - have to watch the depth at your feet. Crockery/cutlery sparse - didn't affect me, there is a pizza cutter though! The back blind is still broken and no curtain, may cause light problems in the summer - but nothing out there so OK in winter. Front blind works fine. The duvets and particularly pillows are very thin. I was OK with both duvets and hot water bottle(mine) in December. I carry my own pillow so I was OK. The heated towel rail didn't seem to work. There is no door to the bathroom area it being a studio(just a wall section) - didn't bother me. There is evidence of historical water damage to to floor/base of walls in rear part of studio (staining) - from overflowing shower base perhaps? It is not damp now.

Nice location, in the middle of a sleepy village. Nice and quiet :) The rental has all appliances you need For basic cooking. Easy access, great for a stay during travelling. Nice walking spots closeby

It was non-refundable but cheap, requiring upfront payment... You always get what you pay for... there wasn't even hand soap in the gloomy bathroom! It's okay for a stopover, but nothing more.

The studio looked in poor conditions. No towels, we run out of toilet paper, dirty cutlery, dirty floor, no kettle, 2 glasses. Hope the sheets were clean ... We still payed nearly 100 euros per night. The owner was sorry byt did not do anything nor gave a refund. I was sorry for staying there! Terrible experience even if just for 1 night.

Nothing. The only "positive" thing is that as soon as we arrived, the landlord arrived after 5 minutes, and was leaving just as fast, forgetting 1 apartment (oh sorry...), towels (sorry, I only have 8, but we are 10 ), to show us a place to eat decent ....

the dirt, from the sheets, to the floors, the shower full of hair, the windows with cobwebs, the facade of an abandoned house (not the one on the site of the third rented studio, opposite and full of butterflies and midges with dirty sheets)...

A lot of mold in the bathroom and partially the bed/livingroom combination. We could smell it while sleeping in bed. We felt too uncomfortable to take a shower. Host did not respond to any of our questions.

It was fine for an overnight stay to break our journey back home after skiing in the Alps.

It was warm, clean and the shower was hot. I liked that the colour of small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker) co-ordinated perfectly with the bedding and chairs.

There wasn’t a plug or washing up bowl in the kitchen sink, so we needed to use the washing up bowl from our campervan to do the washing up. There were only two pillows on the bed and they were very flat.

The large room could have been wonderful had it been looked after and cared for. Nothing else.

Everything old, chipped, broken including a window we couldn’t open because the outside shutter had broken, shut. The hall lighting went on and off at will and rarely when we needed it which was dangerous.

A sleepless night in the heat with no towels to dry ourselves and taking a shower!!!

Facilities poor. there were no towels, toiletries or hand sanitiser when all of these items are listed on the information on booking.com. Also the front window would not open and the temperature was 36 degree C. we will not stay here again.

There is another room above it with an old wooden floor that makes a lot of noise. Maybe partly because of inconsiderate upper guests. But when they walked around for half an hour it was very annoying. Luckily they went out for the night, but repeated the noise again at 03h00 when they came back.

Nice stay-over possibility on the route to southern France when bypassing Paris.

We expected a single room studio but were assigned a double room appartment.

Rather basic inventory of the kitchenette. Sleeping couch in the living was basic as well. For those travelling with an EV, the EV station of Avia just before reaching the intersection A31/A5 has just one 50Kw charger which malfunctioned and Avia charged 12E for 4Kw on the slow charger.

The kitchenette offers you options for a basic breakfast without any cooking. Microwave oven, fridge, toaster and kettle is included in the accomodation with breakfast bar for eating. The bed is good but not spacious. Free parking front of the accomodation.

Only one large bath towel per person. A second, smaller towel would be ideal for each guest.

The worst experience that we had until now, the place doesn't feel/look as it is presented.

The size of the studio and the owner was very responsive.

The studio is located in a very old building which seems to not be renovated completely. We arrived late in the evening and everything looks very creepy. Initially, the kids did not want to go inside. The roller blind was not working, the interior was not clean and it smells of mold. We did not feel comfortable and couldn't actually sleep there, therefore we decided to leave at 4am in the morning and continue our travel. I took only a few picture at 4 am in the morning when we decided to leave.

The owner left some instructions by email, it was easy to find and the apartment was ready when we arrived. The studio was spacious, with internet and a nice flat screen. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, so expect an uninterrupted sleep.

Although the place was clean, it didn't look well maintained with a broken shutter, a wall damaged next to the shower due to the humidity or the benches which didn't feel very solid. I believe that simple improvements in this place could make the stay even more comfortable.
