Cocoonr agency offers this charming 170 m² stone house in Suzy to rent for up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, two sofas and an armchair
- A dining room with a convivial table and a sitting area in front of the fireplace (wood provided free of charge)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with double washbasin unit and walk-in shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with double washbasin unit, walk-in shower and WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: single bed (120x190)
- Bedroom 5: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a sleeping area with two pull-out beds (80x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a gas barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful fully enclosed garden of 1,000 m² and three terraces of 25m² each
- Terrace 1: covered with garden furniture
- Terrace 2: under a large lime tree, with garden furniture
- Terrace 3: covered with garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis table
- Petanque court with garden chairs
The house is ideally located in Suzy, in very quiet and pleasant surroundings.
Essential shops are just 8 km from the property.

- The gîte is surrounded by woodland, with numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby.
- Visit Laon, Soissons and Coucy-le-Château-Auffrique.
- Discover the Dragon's Cave.
- Visit the fortified churches of Thiérache.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly inside the property.
