nice if you plan to stay for a week or if you are a hunter

Very expensive and uncomfortable, not recommended.

The airco worked like a charm, but I cannot say anything else positive.

The sheets were not included, although this was not clearly stated while making the reservation. My statement from Booking said that there was nothing to be paid to the host at arrival, but we needed to pay 20 euros for sheet for one night. The host showed that one of the last pictures showed the sheet where 10 EUR each was written on it, in my opinion this should have been communicated better in advance, and I would not gave chosen this accommodation. The quality of the sheet was paper-like, not a normal sheet. It reminded me of those throw away travel towels, very uncomfortable. To make things worse, there were kids running and screaming until almost 24:00, so we did not have a proper rest. Overall a very bad stay, I would not recommend.

Paying 10 euros for each set of disposable bed sheets seems too much, I would have prefered that they provide proper bed sheets instead of having to pay for this thin ones with a plastic feeling.

Superb

The cottage had everything we needed. We appreciated having two en suite bathrooms. The terrace was lovely, we just could not use it much due to the season. Ample parking space.

We like the house, the area was a rural area, we had an antique market in a morning there were we had a look, it was quiet and clean, my wife, kids and the dog enjoyed the stay there.

We didn't like we had no shower soap and the fact that we needed to pay for liners if we had to use them. But we had ours by mistake so we used ours.

Hote sympathique, accueillant, donne de bon conseil sur les visites dans la région. Logement top, propre et très bien équipé . Il est situé dans un petit village, au calme.

Rien à dire, aucune remarque négative à faire. Au contraire, je n hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für einen Besuch im Nigloland

Positiv an der Unterkunft waren die Terrasse mit dem Grill und die Klimaanlage.

Das Haus hat nicht den erwarteten Standard, den man bei Bewertungen über 9 Punkten erwarten könnte. Alles war relativ eng und die Möbel und Ausstattung wirkte nicht wertig. Das Bett hat am nächsten Tag für Rückenschmerzen gesorgt. Die Klobrille saß schief auf der Toilette. Um die Eingangstür abzuschließen, mussten wir erst Teile im Türrahmen nachjustieren, damit es überhaupt funktionierte. Das man für Einmal-Bettwäsche 10 Euro verlangt, hat ebenfalls einen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen. Auch die Sauberkeit im Haus ließ zu wünschen übrig. Eine Kontrolle, ob die Vormieter das Geschirr und Besteck sauber hinterlassen hatten, schien nicht stattgefunden zu haben. Schüsseln waren krümelig und dreckig, Löffel und Gabeln hatten Flecken. Die Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Wir mussten bei unserer Ankunft erst einmal Spülen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war mehr als dürftig. Auf keine meiner Nachrichten während des Aufenthalts kam auch nur die kleinste Antwort zurück. Das finde ich sehr schade! Das Wichtigste beim Check-out war für den Gastgeber die Kontrolle, ob nicht noch mehr Bettwäsche benutzt wurde. Man könnte ja versuchen, die 10 Euro zu sparen. Ich würde mir beim nächsten Mal lieber eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Praktisch voor een doorreis. Fijne veranda, binnen airco. De gastheer hielp heel fijn met het wegzetten van onze bagage wagen.

Chalets confortables, bien équipés et très propres sur un terrain arboré et bien entretenu. Merci à David pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils de visite. Hôte très réactif pour un séjour parfait au calme à la campagne. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Goed uitgeruste bungalow met campinggevoel in de buurt van Lac de l’Orient.

Het huisje dat we huurden bleek een recente bungalow te zijn. Er staan er 3 op deze plaats en we hadden onmiddellijk een camping-gevoel. De gastheer, David, een goedlachs en praatzaam man, toonde ons bij aankomst de gîte en vertelde bondig wat er in de buurt te zien is. De gîte was volledig uitgerust, met vaatwasser, wasmachine en 3 soorten koffiezet. Een combi-oven, wel een beetje hooggeplaatst. Maar alles echt praktisch ingericht. Het is een goede uitvalbasis voor het bezoek aan het Lac de l’ Oriënt waar je prachtige strandjes hebt om te zwemmen in natuurwater. Verder kan je wandelen in de uitgestrekte wouden of de dorpjes in de buurt bezichtigen. Ook Troyes is niet ver.

Je kan best wel zelf handdoeken en lakens meebrengen want wat je ter plaatse kan kopen is wegwerpspul en niet echt comfortabel. Voor de rest was alles perfect in orde.

Plus adapté pour 4 personnes que pour 6 car les personnes qui dorment dans le salon sont obligées de passer par la chambre pour aller à la salle de bain.

Endroit calme et apaisant, proche de Nigloland, idéal pour les familles, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Le mobil-home est super bien équipé ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle,barbecue...) ! David est une personne très sympathique et très accueillante !

Tout était parfait et le gîte super bien aménagé et très bien entretenu. David à pensé vraiment à tout! Il est également très serviable et gentil, toujours prêt à rendre service! Nous reviendrons ça c'est sur! Merci encore David pour tout !

Idéal

Un emplacement au calme et idéal pour aller à Nigloland. Le chalet est plutôt spacieux et bien agencé. Le chauffage marche bien et il y a ce qu il faut quand on y va pendant les jours froids. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. (Four, micro-ondes, barbecue, machine à laver...) On peut facilement y rester plusieurs jours.

Pensez à prendre vos serviettes et votre linge de lit.
