Les Volets Bleus & Les P'tits Cailloux are two separate vacation rentals with a shared courtyard. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, near the Vélovoie bike path, and 25 minutes from the city of Troyes, come stay in this vacation rental—comprising two adjoining houses—with family or friends. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland, forest, bike path, on-site fishing. Electric car charging stations 300 meters away and a children’s playground/fitness area 450 meters away. TV with Disney+ access. “Les Volets Bleus” and “Les P’tits Cailloux” are two separate vacation rentals with a shared courtyard. Each rental features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You’ll have access to 4 bedrooms (one double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and one twin bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor, and one double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and one twin bedroom upstairs). Outside, a private, enclosed garden (with a 45-cm-high wall at the front of the property) is at your disposal: patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, a barbecue, a deck, a small garage for storing your bikes, and parking space for 2 vehicles or a trailer. Two standard bicycles are available free of charge, and you can rent two electric bicycles (20 € per day per bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. . INCLUDED WITH EVERY STAY: sheets, household linens (dish towels, placemats). Additional charges: end-of-stay cleaning (€100) and heating/electricity (October through April). Dogs only (no cats).
