Good equipped apartment

It was a very nice apartment for a one-night stay. The apartment was warm when we arrived, which we really appreciated.

Avoid Google Maps! The road next to the building is closed; you'll need to drive around the block to get there.

Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t stay again, overpriced considering all of the above. I was very happy to leave.

Not a lot

It was superficially clean but on closer inspection it needs a proper deep clean. Cobwebs in corners, floor needed sweeping. Insides of cupboards needed a good clean. Bed sheets were clean and Upstairs cleaner than downstairs. Outside area was scruffy, grass not mowed, table and chairs needed a wash down, umbrella stand was broken. Patio where table and chairs are was really dirty and unswept. Chain metal fencing between neighbours gave it a prison feel. It’s right beside a main road so pretty noisy. Was told it was 6 min walk to the lake but in reality you have to drive as it’s inaccessible on foot due to fencing. This was very disappointing as this is why I booked this apartment in the first place.

Private entrance and great stay when travelling with pets

Independent entrance with garden at the front and back of the property, perfect when travelling with dogs. Very spacious and well equipped.

At night temperatures reached 29 degrees on the top floor and there was only 1 fan available. The property would definitely benefit from the installation of air conditioning units on the top floor.

Good apartment strange location

Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Great to have washing machine but no iron available. Modern decor. Nice to have outdoor access and good parking.

Location right on highway. Away from village and lake. Steep stairs to bedroom. No upstairs toilet. Noisy. Neighbor sat outside all night below in courtyard smoking and coughing. Too hot to close windows with no air con available. A fan would be recommended to help with heat in summer

Good stop over on way back to Calais.

Perfect for an overnight, good facilities and great secure garden for the dog. The lake was a short walk away but no access to the actual lake. The town is a long long walk. Good off lead options for dogs on the pathway to lake.

Toilet was downstairs but not a big problem. BBQ was very rusty not that we used it. Be great if garden had some trees dividing the properties but thats just an observation. Quite hard to find but turn by the cemetery and you will be fine.

Directions from the portal via Apple Maps tried to stop us by the main road……google maps eventually took us the correct route around the back….Clear directions on the last few turns would be good for late night arrivals.

a nice modern house fully equipped very close to the lake.

I like the fact that the house is fully furnish. I also like that is brand new. the bed of course very comfortable. the host very fast response and very efficient. it was close from the lake so by car easy to reach.

the noises from the street especially if you are facing the street (if you keep the window close you don't hear the noise is just that the night was a bit hot so we had to open in order for air to circulate. I would put insect net at the back so can keep window open so have fresh air coming in so you don't need to open the one facing the street.

Nice, spacious and well equiped house, not a great location (noisy)

The house is nice, spacious, well equiped, with a nice garden. It also enables easy access to lakes and villages in the surroundings, which is convenient to visit the region.

The house is located right next to a departmental road and many trucks pass by. When the windows were closed the noise was lower and ok but it was pretty noisy when windows were open or when sitting outside. Also, the house was not very clean in some parts, eg. staircase, under the beds, behind the fireplace (we found a few pieces of broken glass).

Maisonnette très agréable et très bien placée pour les activités au bord du lac. Appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré.

Seul bémol la route hyper passante juste derrière. On entend le passage des voitures malgré des fenêtres doubles vitrages et volets roulants

Aangename stop op doorreis

We verbleven een nachtje op doorreis. Hadden er gerust wat langer kunnen blijven! Huisje praktisch en gezellig ingericht, verrassend mooie omgeving met veel activiteiten. Makkelijk inchecken via sleutelkastje, goeie informatie van de eigenaar.

Super ingericht huis met veel luxe oa verlichting hh apparatuur top Veel stroom aansluitingen Elektrische jaloezieën voor alle ramen. Prima bedden. Mooi afgewerkt geheel. Alleen douchen in het bad niet fijn vooral voor ouderen.

Sejour sympa en famille

Voila un endroit parfait pour passer quelques jours a decouvrir cette belle region ! Fonctionnel tres bien equipe , la route passe devant mais l isolation est tres bonne on n est pas gene . La cuisine est bien equipee en ustensiles et produits indispensables . Les lits sont confortables donc on profite parfaitement de notre sejour ! Et un petit carre de pelouse bien grillage permet de sortir les enfants .. ou le chien .
