Très bel appartement, très bien équipé. Superbe vue sur le lac et sur les montagnes. Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Appartement bien situé. Promenades faciles le long du lac. Ville d'Annecy bien accessible, même à pieds. Appartement situé aux centres de nombreux sîtes touristiques. A recommander très chaleureusement.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'emplacement est vraiment top. Tout s'est très bien passé avec la personne qui nous a loué le studio. Il ne faut pas hésiter !

Nous avions cherché une location sur Annecy pour participer au Marathon et prolonger le séjour pour visiter...ce studio à Sevrier est idéalement bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le lac.. Studio très accueillant, lumineux très bien équipé... facile d'accès. Propriétaire très disponible . A renouveler sans problème .

Le studio est vraiment sympa,fonctionnel et bien placé avec la piste cyclable juste à côté ainsi que pour les balades au bord de l'eau avec une belle vue sur le lac.L'endroit est calme et on a été très bien accueilli.On garde un très beau souvenir de notre passage à Sevrier

Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour, y compris des masques tissus et une bouteille de jus de fruit à notre arrivée. Bonne literie, aménagement optimisé et fonctionnel. L'endroit est calme avec vue sur le lac. L'emplacement n'est qu'à 3km du centre et les vélos loués nous y emmènent en a peine 15mn, pas de soucis ni frais pour stationner . Merci à vous. Merci David : un propriétaire qui prend soin de ces locataires, très prévenant... studio très bien équipé, literie super, bien situé à côté du lac, piste cyclable, boulangerie..... très calme et belle vue. On reviendra... et merci pour les masques.

Studio spacieux très bien équipé, bonne literie. Nous avons apprécié la proximité d'Annecy, de la piste cyclable à 50 m et du lac. Très bien situé. La résidence est calme, pas de problème de stationnement, parking privé. Le must la vue sur la montagne et le lac.... superbe. Nous reviendrons . Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont efficaces et cordiaux.

La situation géographique de ce studio est exceptionnelle. La vue directe sur le lac situé à une cinquantaine de mètres nous a charmé. Le calme et la proximité de la plage, de la piste cyclable et piétonne en fait un lieu privilégié. L’appartement, très agréable et parfaitement équipé, est bien suffisant pour 2 personnes. Seul bémol, un petit manque de confort détente, lecture ou TV, dû à la rigidité du canapé. (Je chipote.) Nous y retournerons probablement. Quand ???... Nous le recommandons vivement. Anne et Ercé 83

La location, fidèle au descriptif de l'annonce, jouit d'un emplacement exceptionnel, avec vue et accès direct sur le lac d'Annecy. La résidence est très calme et proche de nombreuses activités nautiques accessibles à pied ou à vélo par la piste cyclable qui longe le lac. L'accès est très facile et bénéficie d'une place de parking privée. Le propriétaire, attentionné, est très accessible et d'une grande gentillesse. L'appartement est bien équipé et la loggia particulièrement agréable pour y prendre ses repas. Je recommande !

Pour faire court: La vue est magnifique, prennez les vélos la piste longe le lac et on est très vite dans le vieil Annecy où a la plage. Le quartier est très calme et le propriétaire est très compréhensif et à l'écoute. Annonce et photos reflètent la réalité. J'y reviendrai
