Recent 2-room apartment (65 m2 with two bedrooms, only the most spacious is available, i.e. 54 m2, bed 160x200, large closet, a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 1 person (duvets provided for the 2 beds)
Decorated with care, it is ideally located 100 m from the greenway cycle path and 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to all useful shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants). Equipped for complete comfort during your stay: 3-element hob, electric oven and microwave oven, spacious fridge with freezer area, large flat screen TV, washer/dryer, spacious storage cupboards, coffee maker, toaster and all useful kitchen utensils. Wifi/internet.
Large terrace of 17 m2 equipped with outdoor lounge, wooded, facing south and view of the surrounding mountain.
Linen not provided. Sheets, duvet cover, towels, dish towels are to be provided by holidaymakers. Possibility of rental on request at a flat rate of 30€ per week (sheets, towels, dish towels)
Large garage in the closed basement; parking space available. Secure indoor and outdoor bicycle parking.
The reception of holidaymakers is planned by a dedicated person, arrivals are scheduled from 5 pm for the presentation of the apartment and its equipment as well as all the useful advice for a successful stay. Departure at the end of the stay is set at 11 am at the latest.
Holidaymakers are invited to leave the apartment in the state of cleanliness found on arrival, if necessary cleaning fees would be chargeable to the rate of 25€ / hour.
A deposit cheque in the amount of 300 euros is requested when the keys are handed over, in the name of the owner, which has not been deposited and returned on departure after a compliant inventory of fixtures.
