The apartment was perfect for a couple visiting the area - very clean with a spacious bathroom and separate water closet; an exceptionally comfortable bed; and a complete kitchen with everything you need to dine in. Great view!

Perfect for a small family. Friendly hosts and comfortable apartment in a quiet building. We'll probably come back as we enjoyed the fresh air but didn't had the chance to discover too much of the area.

Nothing except the very poor communication between booking.com & owner. Having confirmed x 3 by mobile & text with booking.com of our time of arrival we had to wait in the cold for over an hour before I was able to contact the owner by phone for him to arrive after 10’. Zhe was a charming man who obviously had no idea that we had contacted you repeatedly to keep you informed of our eta. Roy Knowles

Perfect, we recommend

Everything was super clean, smelled nice (like soap, towels and linen), and the appartment felt like home (because you have everything you need, even more). It's very well cared for. The location is also great, and quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts Frederic and Sandrine are extremely friendly, nice and they make you feel welcomed. One of the best appartments we ever stayed in, we loved the coziness of it.

Wonderful, great value apartment with easy access to the lake

Well-taken care of, up-to-date, clean, small apartment with easy access to bike routes around Lake Annecy. We loved the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen - very convenient, especially with a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The balcony was our favorite feature. The owner had several brochures and pamphlets available and also made some great suggestions for both bike rental and dinners nearby. We easily found a parking spot in the lot or on the adjacent street.

There was quite a bit of coordination to set up a time to collect the keys and check-in, but the owner was very responsive and friendly. Shower was only hand-held and there was not a place to secure it at a taller height to take a shower without holding it. Glad we asked for extra towels. Just a caution if you're coming during the warmer months of the year - there is not air conditioning.

L’accueil, il est petit mais suffisant il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pendant quelque jour de séjour. La place de parking devant le logement et la position du logement prêt de toute commodité sont parfaites

Logement agréable, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix et un bon accueil.

L'accueil, le logement, l'emplacement proche du lac, le prix, le parking simple.

Le manque de rangement dans la salle de bain, pour au moins pouvoir poser quelques affaires, surtout quand on est 4 personnes. Mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Correct pour le prix

Propriétaire sympa et arrangeante pour la remise des clefs. Appartement propre et bien situé au calme dans Saint Jorioz. Petit lave vaisselle très pratique.

Literie pas confortable, télévision qui beug souvent, douche avec beaucoup de variations de températures. Une seule serviette dans la salle de bain, une deuxième aurait été appréciable pour les cheveux ou le visage. 2eme étage sans ascenseur et ménage à faire avant de partir.

La proximité d’Annecy, le clame et la sécurité Nous avons remarqué qu’il y avait des jeux de société à disposition Quand à l’équipement n’en ayant pas eu besoin je peux juste dire que ce que nous avons vu convient très bien

Le calme proche de la ville

Nous avions choisi l'appartement en fonction de son emplacement en dehors d'Annecy. Un arrêt de bus à 2 min à pied est très pratique puisque nous laissons la voiture sur un emplacement privatif . Appartement plus que calme, très bien agencé, loin de la route avec son balcon donnant sur la montagne où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner .

La douche qui ne fonctionne pas super bien mais c'est secondaire...
