The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key for apt access as there seemed no rhyme or reason of how to turn the key (maybe needs to be replaced). On a positive note, I can well imagine how awesome this place would be in the summer with the huge patio and awesome views.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé. Le garage est un vrai plus qui permet un parking facile et un rangement des vélos sûr. L'appartement est neuf, rien ne manque, la terrasse est vraiment agréable.

L'appartement de Saint-Jorioz est idéal pour découvrir la région, il est situé à quelques minutes du lac. L'accueil de notre hôte est chaleureux et bienveillant. L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans une résidence de standing et possède tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons fortement apprécié le fait qu'il dispose d'une garage privatif, et que les hôtes mettent à disposition du linge de maison, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de nos prochaines vacances.

Nous avons passé une agréable petite semaine dans une belle région et étions confortablement installés dans un appartement très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût . Le seul inconvénient c’est le chantier de construction qui est en cours juste en face de la résidence et qui nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de la superbe vue sur les montagnes .

Appartement dans residence neuve, très bien équipé et propre, confortable avec une grande terrasse. Situation idéale pour découvrir la région + nombreuses commodités à proximité. Cependant nous avons été surpris de découvrir à notre arrivée un chantier de construction juste en face, qui a empêché de profiter de la terrasse pleinement les matins.

Le seul point négatif est que nous sommes tombés en période de travaux juste devant l’appart, nous n’avons donc pas pu nous reposer comme nos l’aurions voulu. Sinon, l’appart est très agréable, très propre et très bien situé. La plage de Saint Jorioz est vraiment la plus belle du lac d’Annecy👍🏻

Séjour agréable dans les environs d'annecy

L'appartement est conforme à la description, c'est-à-dire neuf et tout équipé (il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises). Il est bien situé pour pouvoir rayonner autour du lac d'annecy et ses environs (semnoz, la clusaz...) et proche de tous les commerces (pharmacie, traiteur, super U, boulangerie...). Le lac est accessible à pieds (15 minutes) et la piste cyclable est au pied de l'appartement. Les bémols : beaucoup de travaux en ce moment sur la zone, beaucoup d'embouteillages pour rejoindre annecy. Pas de parking attitré et donc potentiellement problématique en haute saison. Nous recommandons globalement cette location pour une petite famille et pour un court séjour (car une seule chambre + canapé lit).

Au calme, appartement tout neuf, super propre, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé et confortable. On a apprécié la facilité de parking, les commerces et restaurants juste à côté qui font vente à emporter, la piste cyclable qui passe au pied de l'immeuble, le lac à 10 minutes à pied. On reviendra !
