The location was fantastic and having air conditioning in such hot weather was a real boon.
I think the water heater was having programming problems, it came on at 07.30 the first morning and then 04.30 the following morning, without us touching it at all. The owner very quickly answered our messages and told us how to turn the heater off.

Très bon accueil, l'appartement propre, des petits gestes comme des boissons dans le frigo, bon emplacement pas très loin de Annecy.
Appartement très petit, petite armoire pas assez de rangement, manque de crochet dans la salle de bain qui est petite,manque une petite table basse, de temps en temps un bruit de chaudière se met en route un peu gênant.

L’emplacement est très bien , le parking et la plage privée
Le studio est humide, , la clim ne fonctionné pas sur le mode chaud , la box de la télé ne fonctionné pas , le lit trop petit pour 2 personnes
